217 Perspective

Perspective always matters. From a different perspective, massive problems could be seen as just another hassle. Losing a hundred dollars for a billionaire might be a pain but could mean life and death for a hobo. The anime (and manga) One Punch Man is a prime example of how extremely strong planet destroying monsters that seem immortal and unkillable from anyone else's perspective suddenly appear extremely weak once Saitama one punches them. This has even caused conflict in the sense that the heroes that showed up earlier and were beaten half dead would be critisized as weaklings overestimating themselves. This is because since no has ever heard of Saitama, the monster couldn't have been that strong if he was able to kill it with a single punch. To prevent such a situation Saitama pretended that he was lucky enough to get the last hit. In the end he even receives death threats for "kill stealing" and being a coward which just shows how your perspective of a situation is heavily influenced by the limits of your understanding. Thus very few people actually realize how insanely strong he is also due to the fact that none of his other battles are drawn out or publicized.
