To learn efficiently, you first have to accept that something is too hard to solve. Only by mentally accepting that can you truly open your mind to learning something new. If you always check the answers and think something along the lines of "yeah that makes sense" or "it's pretty easy", your mind will forget that information in no time. It's only when something is earned through trial and error does it really get ingrained into your memory.
