318 Cats

Sometimes it really feels like you are being watched, and that doesn't necessarily mean it has to be by a human either. For some reason, a random cat followed/ guided me and my friends for over 10 minutes. At times it would walk in front of us, and at times it would follow from a distance. The cat accompanied us through a whole neighborhood and even across two large (4 lane) streets.

I'm not really sure what the cat was trying to accomplish, but I'm guessing either the cat felt we were suspicious and wanted make sure we left it's territory, or it was trying to watch over us.

Whatever the case, the cat followed us all the way to another cat where they stood in a standoff and hissed at each other. We really wanted to stay and find out what the cats were up to, but they just stared at us ... so we left.
