Teachers love to hate on Wikipedia. Although they do have a point, if you avoided Wikipedia it could drastically increase the amount of time you'd need to spend researching a subject. If you're not allowed to use wikipedia as a source, just use wikipedia's sources. You can find them all at the bottom of the page.
