Chapter 478 - Trust in humanity

Name:XP Author:OneFist
Most people want to trust in the humanity of others. There are however multiple levels of trust.

To get better idea of what I'm talking about, I'll be listing a few questions. The more times you would answer yes, the more likely you are to blindly believe in others.

I've organized the questions into multiple categories. Some questions are definitely more extreme them others. The order is somewhat random.

-----------------

Would you be willing to leave your window tilted overnight?

[Some windows and glass doors can be tilted so that it's only slightly open from the top]

If yes, would you be willing to leave your window completely open overnight?

Would you still be willing if your window was a first floor window (ground floor)?

What if that window is in an area where people regularly pass by?

-----------------

Would you be comfortable with leaving your room door unlocked overnight?

What about your main door?

Do you sleep without a weapon nearby?

(self defense)

Do you not feel the need to double check your doors and windows at night?

-----------------

If you went running early in the morning or late at night, would you listen to loud music with headphones on (or ear buds in both ears)?

Would you completely avoid certain areas because they are too dark?

Would you be willing to go for an endurance run that could leave you in a weakened state?

-----------------

Would you accept food from a stranger?

Would you accept a drink from a stranger?

Are you comfortable with leaving drinks unattended when in a bar?

-----------------

Would you be fine with not using passwords on your personal devices?

Would you leave your phone unattended?

Would you leave your wallet or purse unattended?

-----------------

Are you fine with leaving money/jewelry/valuables lying around in your room when guests visit?

Are you comfortable with leaving money/jewelry/valuables in your car (in sight)?

-----------------

Do you click on email links that you didn't request for?

Do you download programs without thinking about all the potential risks?

Have you run programs that aren't exactly from trusted sources?

(it's one of the easiest ways to protect yourself from malware whilst online)
