W3 b N0v-el doesn't notify users at all if their comments are deleted. The users themselves won't even be aware of it as their comments would still show up for themselves.

If the user were to check their own activity, they'd see the comment, but nobody else would.

Basically a shadow block. This in combination with their auto block system is smart for the company, but bad for users.

Users won't even know that they're being c3ns0red.

So if you ever want to comment anything that might contain a curse word or any other potentially controversial words, always replace letters with symbols and even add random spaces for more risky ones.
