Chapter 923 - Vibrate

If you only wanted to cut something that isn't elastic, you could use vibrations. For example, a bone saw uses vibrations to cut through bone and is basically harmless to anything that's elastic such as skin.

It is thus very hard to injure yourself with a bone saw. The same principle is used for tools to remove casts.​​
