Meanwhile, at Elite A Hospital, Ethan just finished the emergency operation wherein he was called during his day off. That day he was supposed to be at his office for the whole day to take care of most of the contracts that are pending. But the hospital suddenly called him for emergency surgery. There are a total of 3 surgeons on duty for that day, two of them are already inside the operating room for their scheduled operation. While the other one needed to do an operation for the patients who were rushed due to an accident. That accident occurred between two cars that hit each other and the nearest hospital in that area was the Elite A.

The patients were rushed to the hospital and two of the patients needed emergency surgery as soon as possible but since there is only one surgeon available at that moment. That surgeon took the other one while the head nurse called most of the off-duty surgeons for that day. Ethan was one of those off-duty surgeons and when he received the call from the head nurse, he immediately agree to it and went straight to the hospital. Luckily, the company was just a 10-minute drive from the hospital which is good for the sake of the patients who would need his attention during his day off.

"Oh! Dr. Ethan!, I thought today was your day off" said one of the surgeons who just came out of the operating room like Ethan.

"Good Afternoon Dr. Antony, yes today was my day off but I was called by the head nurse a while ago for an emergency surgery." Ethan greeted the doctor who called out to him after they left the operating room.

"emergency surgery? Wait, I heard that Dr. Jeremy also operated on an emergency patient that was rushed this morning. The nurse said that two patients needed immediate surgery. Does that mean the patient that you had operated on was the other one? "

"Yes, After the head nurse called me, Dr. Jeremy also called me while he was getting ready. He told me the case of the patient that I would be operating on so I was brief enough of the patient's condition"

"*giggle* by the looks of it Dr. Jeremy haven't met your husband huh"

"Yes, you do know that Dr. Jeremy just joined the hospital last month but he is a very capable doctor."

"that is true, he can handle most of the severe cases that the other doctors in other hospitals couldn't. But did you tell him that you are already married and bonded with your husband?"

"Well, isn't it obvious that I am married? I am wearing my wedding ring all the time so it should be obvious that I am married."

"right but not all people who are wearing rings are married so I think Dr. Jeremy thinks that you are still single and you are just wearing that to avoid other men from flirting with you"

"…. Are you seriously saying that he is thinking that way?" Ethan couldn't believe what he just heard from his co-worker. Dr. Anthony entered the hospital at the same time as Ethan. They were both assigned to the emergency room since they lack doctors there at that time. Most of the doctors were attending an assembly or some kind of a seminar which is why most of the hospitals not only the Elite A were lacking doctors during that time.

The two became very close friends despite being omega and alpha. The second gender of Anthony somewhat became the problem since he is an alpha and Ethan is an omega. Lucas became jealous of the doctor and that made a lot of misunderstanding towards the couple. However, Dr. Anthony himself was the one who came forward to Lucas and tell him that he already has an omega with whom he had bonded. He loves his lover so much that they are even planning to get married after a year. Lucas didn't believe it until he had met the lover of Anthony together with the alpha himself. Ethan apologized for the actions of his husband, he knew that Lucas was just jealous since they are a married couple plus he knew how much the alpha loves him. Thus, despite the misunderstanding they had the couple forgave each other and their trust was built.

"Dr. Ethan? Today was your day off right? What are you doing here?" asked a doctor who was just passing by.

"Hello, Dr. Janice! Oh! Alice and Allen! I didn't know that you two will be visiting the hospital"

"Ethan!!! My sister told me that you are not around so I didn't text you but I think my sister told me the wrong answer *mean look towards Dr. Janice*" said Alice. Alice is an alpha who is married to Allen. She was introduced by Allen to all of his close friends after they all came back to country A, 5 years ago. Six months after the wedding of Ethan and Lucas, the couple got married. From then on, Alice got close to Ethan and she even became one of the models Love M.E. Jewels.

Alice, a beautiful lady who is tall with blond hair and dark blue eyes, she can be a perfect model in any clothing brand but she declined it. She is the CEO of a financial company that had a partnership with the company of Allen. She only accepted the offer of Ethan to become the model of the company all because of their friendship. The two of them became best friends soon after the wedding of Alice and Allen..
