The sun hadn't risen yet. The stars still filled the sky. He sighed. Well, now she's going to sleep until noon. She was still asleep lying on top of him. She breathe heavily, she seem exhausted. Her body was completely limp, she was sleeping heavily. Her hair was in a mess. He pushed her up and slid out from under her. He laid her on the bed. He sat on the edge of the bed. Now that Sevinor is dead, I think it is time I finish working on that suit. He took a drink and got up and walked to the table. He removed two blocker from the sides of the table and lifted the top of the table. He pulled out a roll of paper and closed the table. He unrolled it. Long time since I've worked on this, my bond with Sevinor replaced the need for this suit. He began making a list of materials he needed. Hugo got up and took a drink. He wrote a note and left it on the shelf next to the bed, he left and locked the door. He lit a cigarette and walked down the path. I'll see my advisor to see if he can get me the materials. He walked up the main street and took a smaller path. The street was dimly lit, lit only by a small gas lamp in the middle of the path. He walked until he arrived in front of a small wooden door. He knocked.

"Who is it?" Someone said instantly.

"High Commander of the Bilgewater Fleet," Hugo said.

"Excuse me, Capt'n," His advisor said, "Come in."

"Are you alone?"

"Yes, I was working on the budgeting of the city and the warring policy."

"Very well," He said as he entered the house, "I see you renovated this place."

"Yes, I had some bookshelves made and a desk put in."

"I had something to ask you."

"Yes, Capt'n?"

"I made a list of material that I need you to get me."

"May I ask why?" He said as he took the list.

"To replace the dead leviathan," He said coldly.

"Very well, I will get to that right away, Capt'n," He said as he took a book down and started flipping through it, "Sleep well."

"See you later," Hugo said as he left the house, "Try to deliver them to me for tonight or tomorrow morning."

"Will do, Capt'n," Time to get back home. The sun was rising above the island. Night slowly disappeared. The merchants opened their stores. They raised their fists when they saw him. That small symbol he had performed during one speech had become the Bilgewater salute and everyone did it as a sign of respect. He walked with his arms behind his back. His coat swayed in the soft breeze. The summer air settled in, the sun's rays lit up the city. The men from the barracks were assembled in the port to rotate the shifts to deliver the ammunition. It was soon going to be routine. He walked over to the side of the captain. The men saluted him, the captain looked confused and looked in the direction they were looking and saluted him. He mimicked them.

"You men are pride of our empire," He said, "Carry our name into the heart of our enemies, show them what fear really is," He said nothing else and turned and left. The sun was slowly climbing in the sky. He walked back up the main street and turned onto the path leading towards the house. The lights were still off and the door was still locked. He opened the door and there she was, still asleep. She has to control herself, five was too much for her, sure, it was fun but she has to control herself. He lit another cigarette, and leaned against the wall in his chair. He yawned and took a drink. He sat there looking at her. She turned and grabbed around in the bed, she was looking for him in he sleep. He softly laughed and took another drink. She let out a small whimper like she normally did when waking up. He got up and sat next to her. She opened her eyes, "I am here," Hugo said, "You were looking for me."

"Was I?" She looked embarrassed, "That was fun, but even after sleeping, I am still tired."

"I would have never guessed," Hugo laughed, "If you want that feeling again, you need to control yourself. Maybe there is another way."

"I know, but like, I found that bag and I couldn't help myself, I took one, then one more, then another, then another."

"Don't worry," He said as he got up, "Hope you had fun."

"I did," She said, "Can you pass me my clothes?"

"Sure," He said as he picked them up and gave them to her, "What do you want to do today?"

"I don't know really," She said as she put her shirt on, "If it was just up to me I would sleep some more."

"I should've guessed, you don't really do much since you moved in," Hugo looked out the window, "Smoke?"

"Sure," She said as she took a cigarette, she put it on her lips and leaned forwards as he lit it. She leaned back against the wall and blew smoke towards Hugo.

"Hey, I had another question for you."

"Ask away," He sat down and took a drink, "What do you want to know?"

"Why did you do this for me? You know, I was your bitch and you didn't seem to care much for me, and then you decided to protect me from the Noxians, then you housed me and went as far as putting your image on the line to clean up MY image, why?"

"Honorable thing to do," He said as he looked up, "Now that I think of it, I don't know why I did it, but really what do I have to complain about? My life is perfect."

"What do you mean? Like you were super depressed yesterday."

"Sevinor died to protect me and I think I shall return the favor by continuing his legacy, I need to act like the leader they need and that they can look up to."

"Well, I guess you are right."

"Well, to get back on topic, I protected you because I thought that the things were brought onto you unfairly and without a real reason, their only reason being that you were a hooker and that they didn't like you."

"What are you planning to do today?"

"I don't know, maybe sit outside and wait for something interesting to happen or go down to the marketplace and talk to people, you know, typical leader things."

"Have fun," She yawned, "If you are looking for me I will be here," He blew her a kiss as he left the house. He closed the door and headed down to the main street. The sun was high in the sky, pounding the ground with an immense heat, but people were still crowding the marketplace. He walked around for awhile before someone called him out.

"Capt'n, Can I ask you something?"

"Sure, my son, what do you want to know?"

"Well, I know that the tales maybe are exaggerated but I've always wanted to see you with the four guardian leviathans, could you show me them?"

"Seeing the four won't be possible."

"Why not?"

"You see," He lowered himself to the boy's level, "Did you hear about the terrible battle recently?"

"Yes, what happened there?"

"Well, me and the four leviathans fended off the huge fleet, but Sevinor got hit with a harpoon, and well, he didn't recover."

"Oh, where is he now?"

"In the creator's domain," Hugo pointed up to the sky, "Up there."

"But who will protect us? If one of the leviathans has died?"

"I will, with the help of my fleet, we will protect this empire and make a safe future for you and your friends and those tales, they are no exaggeration, maybe one day you will fight by my side to defend these people, but for the moment, here, go buy something sweet," Hugo said as he handed him a few coins.

"Thank you Capt'n!" He skipped away.

"Capt'n, there you are," He turned and saw his advisor walking towards him, "I went to your house and you weren't there, I have the materials you needed at your place."

"That was fast," He said surprised.

"Yes, I ran around and found every part except one, the leviathan horn, what is that?"

"Oh, that is something I'll get afterwards, don't worry."

"Oh, on a side note," His advisor leaned in and whispered, "Why is Cassidy at your house?"

"She lives with me."

"I didn't know, excuse me," He said, "I will return to my duties."

"Before you go," He grabbed the adviser's shoulder, "I have a favor to ask you."

"Anything for you Capt'n, what can I do?"

"I want you to organize my marriage."

"Okay, in how much time?"

"A month or so," He replied, "But keep it a secret, if you want you can have the marriage organizer help you, only tell her who it is for, am I understood?"

"Yes, Capt'n, I will do that right away," Hugo walked around the market chatting with the merchants some more before he decided to return home, but before he had the jewelry maker make him two rings, she hadn't asked why but probably she knew why he asked her that. I wonder if I wasn't too eager and got a little ahead of myself, hopefully the feelings are mutual. He left his train of thought and found himself in front of his door. He opened the door.
