The young girl walked around aimlessly on the first floor. Her bare feet were fair and tender, and her long and slender body was wrapped in a white cloth. Her figure under the white cloth was graceful, and her curves were exaggerated, bringing out her womanly charm to the extreme.

Her expression was frosty, and she seemed to be in a faze. Her exquisite facial features were still indescribably beautiful despite the blank expression on her face. Her pair of wine-color eyes were even more beautiful, making her look like a demonic beauty.

She continued wandering around as though in search of something.

All of a sudden, she raised her head and looked up. It was as though she had just recalled something. With just a leap, her slender legs that contained incomprehensibly explosive strength brought her six to seven meters up in the air before she landed on the second floor.

She walked past shops of famous brands. She looked at the clothes on display before finally walking into one of the shops.

After an unknown amount of time, the girl finally walked out. The white cloth around her body had been replaced with a white dress that reached her knees. Apart from that, she also wore a small and exquisite tiara on her head. A white bracelet that complemented her dress could be seen on her fair wrist. She wore a pair of high heels as well.

She seemed satisfied with her current appearance when she saw her reflection. After a while, she suddenly lifted her chin, sniffing and scenting the air. Her wine-color eyes were trained on one of the higher floors.

She easily leaped to the third floor and the fourth floor. She continued until she arrived on the 26th floor. When she saw zombies lingering around the escalator, she shook her head in disdain. It was as though she despised their stupidity.

Then, she pointed at the zombies who were repeatedly walking into obstacles in front of them.

All of them zombies froze in unison for a moment before they began to move the obstacles aside like humans.

Upon seeing this, the young girl nodded, albeit reluctantly. Then, she looked up and jumped again.

When she arrived on the 27th floor, she wandered around at a leisurely pace. Her small nose twitched slightly as though she was scenting something. Soon after, her eyes lit up when she saw a few men walking toward her. Her eyes glowed brightly with an unnatural light as she decided to approach them.

"That video we saw earlier is really terrifying. I almost peed my pants out of fear. It's much scarier than the recent horror movie I watched!"

"No one's disagreeing with you on that. It was truly terrifying. However, I wonder where the zombie baby went."

"Hey, Matthew, do you think the zombie baby will come looking for Bradley? I have this persistent feeling that something is wrong. Hey, Matthew… Matthew? Why are you in a daze?"

The men suddenly realized something was amiss when Matthew did not reply to them. They turned around and saw Matthew who had stopped walking. He seemed like he was under a spell, mesmerized, as he looked ahead.

The men instinctively followed the direction of Matthew's gaze and saw a girl walking toward them.

"This girl is really beautiful!"

Among the four men, Ram was most stunned. However, he quickly recovered his senses. He asked, "Is there such a beautiful girl in the tower? I don't think I've seen her before..."

"I don't recognize her as well. However, there are hundreds of people in Ronan Tower. It's impossible for us to recognize every single person here so it isn't strange that we haven't seen her before."

Ram felt that the words made sense. He turned around to look at Matthew and saw Matthew standing incredibly still, as though he had turned into a statue. Moreover, Matthew's face had turned unnaturally pale. Ram walked over and lightly nudged Matthew. "What are you doing? Why do you look like you're about to die from fright?"

Matthew stared blankly at the girl who was walking over and asked in a stiff manner, "You... Don't you think her eyes and her gaze are very… familiar?"

Ram was slightly taken aback by Matthew's words.

The other two men overheard Matthew's words as well and instinctively looked at the girl again.

All of a sudden, a frightening thought appeared in their minds.

Ram stuttered, "H-her e-eyes… Her eyes… If they're not cosmetic lenses… D-don't… D-don't tell me she's the zombie baby? What… What kind of joke is this? How long has it been since the baby was born? How could it grow so fast?" Cold sweat began dripping down his forehead and he shivered as he watched the girl continue walking toward them with a strange smile on her face.

The girl finally stopped in front of the four men. Although her expression was blank, she was rather articulate when she spoke. "It seems like you've seen me before?"

Ram, Matthew, and the other two men were at a loss for words. Despite being grown men, they felt like the weaker party in front of this petite girl.

The girl tilted her head as a light flashed in her eyes. She walked past the four men and moved along the path where the four of them had come from.

The four men could smell the sweet fragrance lingering in her wake as she walked past and instinctively inhaled.

Soon enough, instead of four men, there were four zombies.

The four men who had been turned into zombies looked at their surroundings with lifeless murky eyes. The smell of the living came from every direction and assaulted their senses. They roared as they charged in different directions on the 27th floor.

In just a moment, wretched screams and miserable cries resounded through the 27th floor.

...

Meanwhile, Bradley was still standing in front of the same window. He lowered his head and looked at the street below. The phone screen lit up, showing that something had been successfully sent.

Click! Clack! Click! Clack! Click! Clack!

The sounds of high heels were crisp and clear, and there was a strange rhythm to it.

Bradley turned around instinctively and saw the young girl who had appeared behind him. A hint of wariness could be seen on his face when he looked at her, especially when he saw her pair of wine-color eyes. For some reason, her eyes filled him with unease. The scene he had recorded earlier flashed in his mind, but he rejected that unrealistic thought. It had not been that long, after all. It could not be so exaggerated, right? How could that thing grow so fast? With that thought in mind, he asked, "You are?"

She lifted her chin slightly as she looked at Bradley. Then, she asked emotionlessly, "You're the man who stood at the window earlier, right? I remember you; you should remember me as well."

Upon hearing these words and seeing the girl's gradually brightening eyes, Bradley felt as though someone had just poured a bucket of ice water on him. Even in the scorching summer heat, he felt as though he was standing in an ice cave. He struggled to speak; he did not know what to say. His voice was hoarse as he stammered, unable to finish his words, "You... you..."

"That's right... I've grown up," the girl said blankly before she turned around to leave.

Bradley was baffled. He was sure he was going to die so he was prepared to stall for time, at the very least. He did not expect the girl to leave so suddenly.

...

At the entrance of Ronan Tower.

The girl walked out of the building. She raised her head to look at the sun in the sky before her eyes gradually moved to the direction of Rhodes' university, which was located further away.

She continued walking down the street for a brief moment. Then, when she suddenly leaped, her figure vanished from sight immediately.

When she left, the sweet fragrance lingered in the air again, permeating the street.

Upon smelling the fragrance, the hordes of zombies seemed distracted. Their lifeless and cloudy eyes seemed to flash briefly with a red light as they roared and charged toward the direction where the girl had left.
