Volume 5 Chapter 68: Wild Card
"..."
"What's the matter with Alfia?" The person who said this was Scarlet, and she was puzzled. Faelyn shook her head, "I don't know what the matter is with the princess either." She understood who the culprit was. However,
What did he do to her? She had no clue. While the two girls stared, the person herself was still gritting her teeth. I hate that guy! The thought was enough to cause a vein to pop!
"Alfia, it's your turn to fire magic," Shire called out to her. And when she headed over to her,
What's with the bloodlust? A dark aura surrounded her as she walked forward.
"I will not lose to him." Alfia didn't hesitate as she quickly fired magic at the targets, blowing them to smithereens!
"..." No one said a thing. That was because it was so fast! She did an insta-kill! It was too frightening. Alfia looked at Keith and gave him a smug look; what do you think?
Too weak. Keith shook his head.
Tch!
"I swear I heard something pop!" Jack shivered. It was something he had never felt before! Thê source of this content n/o/v/(el)bi((n))
"What did you do to the girl?" Carolyn scowled at Keith. The man shrugged his shoulders, "I didn't do anything. I gave her some tips."
"Really? It looks like she's about to go rabid on you." This man was able to make people angry no matter what!
"Hey, she wanted to get stronger." Keith shrugged. How was this my fault?
"But who could have taken out all of them?" Iston couldn't believe it. He had been sending men to deal with Keith. However, each and every time, they were defeated.
What made it worse was when they told him how they were defeated; they had no clue!
"That means Keith has a backer," Iston groaned as he concluded. It wouldn't be a surprise for a student like that to have a powerful backer.
Is it the principal?
No, it couldn't be him. There was no way the principal would do something like that. Even if he favored Keith, that didn't mean he would always protect him. He had too much to do as a principal.
"Prince, do we need to continue to do this?" His underling was a little hesitant now. If this kept happening, Keith was bound to find out who it was.
"No, we have to keep attacking. That guy is too much of a wild card to be allowed to roam free." Iston shook his head. Keith was already a problem himself. The backer behind him is even more of a problem.
It was a game of chess. To achieve absolute victory, Iston had to take down all the pieces in his path. Keith was one of those pieces.
My first method didn't work out. I should use as much force as possible.
"Do you know the human's pattern?"
"Yes. The human had been entering the forest these last few days." That was something they got from the assassins.
"Call all the men we have here," "Understood."
"Also, what about my sister? How have her classes been going?" Iston questioned.
"The princess has been doing well for the most part. Her abilities have increased." The elves had been talking about it; what Alfia did was surprising.
"They are?" Iston frowned. Gotta nipped that bud quick.
