And it was on this floor as well. Titus stared at it with wariness. This monster was going to be different from the others.
"Surround it and take it out!" They had strength in numbers and had to use it to their advantage. Galven was the first to make the move as he dashed at it, wanting to take off a leg.
The raptor didn't move from its position.
Bang!
His swords landed. But the one who had a contorted expression was Galven. Without any hesitation, he kicked off the raptor, "Guys! You need to use your magic on it right now!"
"Huh?" "Our weapons aren't going to put a dent in it. Its hide is sturdy." His swords were made out of mithril. It was one of the sturdiest materials. What he also knew was that everyone else used mithril.
As he said this, the raptor made a move! In a blink of an eye, the raptor disappeared from its position. And it appeared right before Galven!
"!" Galven was sent flying! What brute strength! The power the raptor had was absurd. He could feel his bones rocking from it! Yet, the raptor wasn't finished as it was about to deal the killing blow!
"Okay! Go for it!" The others took a step back. But that caused Keith to frown,
"Are we really going to let him do this alone?" That was asking for trouble.
"You don't have to worry about it. Titus is in another class of his own. Trust me." Galven gave a confident smile.
Alright. Keith nodded. The two quickly went back to the others who had brought Groa and the other members of Steel Crusader together.
"How are their wounds?"
The healers frowned, "Not good. We used our potions to help out with the wound. But it's pretty deep." The potion wasn't helpful enough. The wound was too severe for potions to heal.
Groa was coughing blood from the wound. They suffered a decisive blow.
"And we also have problems to deal with." Galven raised his swords. He was right because slowly surrounding them were a bunch of monsters.
"Dammit! It's because we made too much noise." With the noise and blood in the air, monsters smelled that. It was a dinner bell signaling prey.
"I'll take command here!" Galven quickly took responsibility, "Frontline fighters, circle and protect the injured. Mages, get ready to fight!"
