v5 Chapter 142: I always thought you were a serious person!

Name:A Magical Hogwarts Author:Crows
William sat down on the chair, looking at the glowing Pensieve, thinking about the memories just now.

Thinking of those things during the summer vacation, he always felt that something was wrong.

But there was still a lack of a key clue, which prevented him from analyzing what was wrong.

This kind of clue is similar to the Firebolt and Invisibility Cloak that Sirius gave anonymously last Christmas.

A few gifts are nothing, but William and Hermione grasped this detail and completely deduced the two truths of "Banban is a petit star" and "Darkness is Black".

You shouldn't have asked Hermione to go back to the dormitory tonight, leave her in the Room of Requirement, and the two can check each other's gaps.

She is best at finding anomalies in complicated details.

Dumbledore sat on the chair, beckoned, and let the somewhat restrained Harry sit too.

Harry sat down, staring at the Pensieve. The contents in the basin turned into a silvery white state, swirling constantly, with ripples.

"It's called a Pensieve," Dumbledore explained.

"Suck the extra thoughts out of your head, pour them into this basin, and take a good look when you have time.

In this state, it is easier to see their shapes and connections to each other. "

"You mean...this thing is your mind?" Harry said, staring at the silvery substance swirling in the basin.

"Exactly," said Dumbledore. "I'll show you."

Dumbledore drew his wand from his robe and slid the tip into his silver hair.

When he pulled out his wand, there seemed to be some silvery substance stuck to the tip.

Dumbledore put the memory into the Pensieve and stirred it gently, like a gold digger turning the sand table.

That silver substance gradually turned into William's face. He opened his mouth and spoke toward the ceiling, with a slight echo.

"Professor Dumbledore, I met Voldemort and Wormtail in the Albanian forest with Hermione.

He ceased to be a shadow, took a form, and captured Bertha and tortured her.

We fought once, and I killed the form... he turned back into shadow..."

Harry listened dumbly to the words in the Pensieve.

William fought Voldemort again?

"Harry," said Dumbledore slowly, "William said your scar hurts again?"

William also woke up from his rumination and turned to stare at Harry's scar.

"Yes," Harry swallowed, "Professor—I'm in the common room, but I—I'm watching..."

He hesitated for a moment, and seemed to be thinking about how to describe it... it didn't sound like crazy talk.

Dumbledore said: "Understandable, go on."

"Well, I seem to have had a dream," said Harry, "of Voldemort."

"Which Voldemort?" William interjected.

Dumbledore squinted his eyes, and his expression was inquiring, and he was also curious about this question.

"Tom, Tom of sixteen, the one in the diary," Harry affirmed.

"Of course!" Dumbledore nodded. "and then?"

"He's drinking...a green potion that looks miserable. He's still cursing Voldemort, me...and William as he drinks it."

William raised his eyebrows. He thought Tom was a serious man.

Unexpectedly, I also learned the stinky mouth of the Zaun people in private.

"And then?" Dumbledore continued.

"Then he drank the medicine and crawled towards a lake ... and finally a lot of corpses dragged him into it."

"My scar started to hurt. It was so painful that it made me faint."

"Well, that's all," said Harry.

Dumbledore looked at him and said calmly, "Have your scars hurt this year other than this and the one over the summer?"

"No, I—how do you know it woke me up during the summer?" Harry asked in surprise.

"You're not alone in writing to Sirius," said Dumbledore, "and I've been in touch with him since he left Hogwarts.

Dumbledore stood up and paced back and forth behind the table.

Occasionally I put the tip of my wand against my temple, and I drew out a silvery memory and added it to the Pensieve.

The thoughts in the basin spun rapidly, and nothing could be seen, except for a vague silvery white.

William was also thinking, and he asked again, "What does that hole look like?"

"It's big, it's dark...and there's water all around."

"What about outside the water?"

"Rock, big rock."

Dumbledore stopped pacing, looked at Harry, and murmured, "Rocks... cliffs! William, it looks like we're going the wrong way."

William nodded. "Yeah, we always thought we were in the sea."

"What?" Harry asked confused.

But neither of them answered him.

Professor Babbling found a body for Tom, and cast a spell in the body that only vampires can perceive.

Finally, it is determined that Tom is active in a sea area. And near that sea area, there is the orphanage where he lived when he was a child.

The two always thought that another Horcrux was hidden in the sea. Dumbledore went into the water and searched several times but found nothing.

But Harry's dream...the cave...probably was by the sea.

Seeing that the two of them didn't speak, Harry asked carefully, "Headmaster, do you think...that dream...is true?"

He really didn't want to hear Dumbledore say "really", that meant he had a special connection with Voldemort.

The thought of him being connected to Voldemort made him sick.

Dumbledore stared at Harry and whispered, "It's possible, it's very possible. Harry - did you see Tom?"

"No," said Harry, "just saw the potion, and the lake...but—never saw it at all.

He has no body, does he? But...then how could he hold the goblet? "

"Yes," murmured Dumbledore, "how is that possible..."

William knew that Dumbledore's question was different from Harry's question.

Of course Tom could hold the goblet, after all he was attached to someone else.

Dumbledore's question was...why couldn't Harry see Tom?

To put it more bluntly: In what way did he dream of Tom?

Standing next to Tom, or overlooking the scene from above?

Harry's answer was: he couldn't see Tom.

That just means... Harry is watching from Tom's point of view!

In other words, at that moment, Harry and Tom's thoughts remained connected.

"Professor? You—do you know why my scar hurts?" Harry finally asked.

Dumbledore looked at Harry carefully for a moment, then said, "I have only one speculation, only speculation.

When Tom gets close to you, or when he develops a particularly strong will for revenge, your scar hurts. "

"But...why?"

"Because of that unsuccessful spell, the Deathstroke, that connected you to him," said Dumbledore.

"This is no ordinary scar."

Harry nodded, then stood up, ready to leave. He looked at William again and found that he had no intention of leaving.

At this time, Dumbledore's old voice came:

"William, you stay, I still have something to tell you."

William hummed, but didn't move at all.

Harry walked out of the office slowly and looked at William's back as he closed the wooden door.

He remembered again what the Pensieve had just heard about William and Voldemort fighting.

He hadn't even heard Hermione mention it!

Harry couldn't help but murmured:

The forests of Albania were indeed burned by William and Hermione!

And it wasn't the two of you who did it!

Walking Destroyer!
