Aura smith

Once the Vulpix got down the basics of sunny day I captured it without any struggle and made my way back to town. Despite them grumbling about it Gaia and Vulcan were also returned to their balls while Tank was released and took his place on my shoulder. I still had people stare at me when I walked through the town but it wasn't as bad as the first time since it wasn't my first appearance here anymore. I approached the job turn in desk that was manned by a male member of the Joy clan surprisingly enough as the man had soft features and short smooth pink hair.-

It was almost creepy how effeminate he was which showed me the terrible sway a legendary held over something as complex as genetics. The quest couldn't be completed immediately as per league regulations the Vulpix needed to go through a decontamination process before the client that posted the job could get their new pokemon. Thankfully I was paid half of the payment upfront as my part of the job was done in a timely and smooth manner. Once the client received the Vulpix I would receive the second half as well as finish my quest.-Alll latest novels at novelhall.com

I noticed that the reward from the system involved in the mandatory part had also halved to six thousand from the original twelve. ' Guess the system won't let me get paid twice for the same job.' I thought with a shrug. It simply didn't bother me at all to learn this as it made perfect sense. After that I left the pokecenter and looked around for a weapon shop to try and get a read on a good spear. The trouble came in the form of having too many options to choose from as the town was a metal worker gathering hub.-

There was simply so many different metal workers selling their crafts that I had trouble choosing only one. 'Whatever I'll just start with the closest and work my way down.' I eventually decided and walked towards the small shop directly across from the pokecenter. I opened the door and sighed after looking around as there was not a single spear located in the store at all. I wasn't all that surprised to be honest as I had looked up what the most commonly used weapons were on the pokenav and spears weren't even in the top five.-

They were masterworks one and all and I eagerly picked one of them up but frowned at the weight and length. "They are too small for someone like you lad." an old rough voice said from my left and I turned to get a look at this hidden aura smith. It was an old man with dark skin and no hair at all that was covered in caked on soot from long exposure to smoke. What caught my attention however was the mans sharp green eyes that were tracing my physique with clear confusion.-

"Spears huh? Rather unpopular choice I must say. Any particular reason for it?" The old man asked while roughly clearing off the counter from dust and debris. "It's what I have trained with." I stated honestly. I was curious about this old mans opinion on the matter and smirked at his response. "Sticking to what you know huh? Nothing wrong with that!" the old man said with a chuckle. "Know where I can get a spear that'll fit me , I've been all over this town and no one even stocks the things. I only found you because you were being loud." I said with a grin.-

The old man scoffed "No louder than any other craftsman in this town." he said dismissively. I raised my right hand and flared my aura brightly across it for a moment before bringing the energy back into my body. "I wasn't referring to the sound." I said with a smirk. The old man sighed "An aura master of all things. Never thought I'd run into one of your lot out here in the middle of nowhere. Felt me use the stuff I take it?" he asked and I nodded.-

"Tell you what lad , you keep my aura to your self and I'll help you craft a spear for a discount. Deal?" he offered and I nodded though slightly confused. "Why would I need to help in the creation of the spear?" I asked curiously. "It's the weight lad , my bodies no good at carrying heavy things any more so you'll need to help me carry the materials and move them when necessary." the old man explained and I nodded in understanding. After that we held a discussion on what sort of spear I wanted and had to settle on the materials.
