We came back from my parents’ house, but it was very stressful to go to school right away, If possible, I wanted to relax a little more at home, but it seems that it was not possible.

Kaede suggested that we go to school together from today, but that’s not going to happen.

If we went to school together, everyone at school would find out immediately.

After eating salad and drinking warm corn soup, I changed into my school uniform and went to school.

We walked the cold road to school. There were not many students near my house who attended the same school, which was helpful, but that didn’t mean there wasn’t anyone present ,so I was exposed early on.

I didn’t retort that I was wearing gloves, but gently held her hand next to me as if to show off to the guys from the same school.

Then I squeezed Kaede’s hand and she squeezed it back tightly.

I looked at Kaede and saw that she was blushing up to her ears. I didn’t know if it was the cold or embarrassment, but I decided to blame it on the cold.

After that, We went near the school and saw many students going to school, but most of them were looking at me while going to school.

I sighed, and Kaede squeezed my hand, so I looked at her.

“Sighing in the morning will make happiness run away from you, okay?”

“I’m happy right now….”

“Well, that’s… me too.”

I could see her smiling shyly at me as she said, “What is this conversation?” and I thought that being talked about about was a small thing.
