A fierce battle broke out immediately as wild energy shockwaves swept across the cold hallway.

Feng Lingyuan, Wang Kong, and the other top students worked together to stop the Blood Coffin Carrier. The other students tried their best to fend off the Black Coffin Carriers as well.

The Aquamarine Python that had suddenly appeared on the battlefield took advantage of the chaos. It tore through their defenses and, with astonishing speed, slithered towards Li Luo at the back.

Many of the students tried to stop it along the way. However, they were blown away by its enormous, mighty undulations of chilly energy, resulting in them spitting out blood from the terrifying aftershocks.

The energy shockwaves that came from the giant Aquamarine Python were more fearsome than they had imagined.

"Wei Chonglou, stop it!"

A sense of worry appeared in Li Hongyou's eyes as she watched the giant python dash towards Li Luo directly. However, she still had to support Feng Lingyuan and the rest. She could only shout at Wei Chonglou, who was closer to the rear to assist.

Hearing this, Wei Chonglou's face changed immediately. He stared at the giant python and noticed a graceful female figure partially fused into the top of its head. The woman and the snake seemed to have turned into a singular entity, and the sight was extremely creepy.

"What strong energy undulations!" Fear appeared within Wei Chonglou's eyes. The strange Aquamarine Python did not seem to be any weaker than the Blood Coffin Carrier. How would he be able to stop it alone?

Besides, doing all this just to protect Li Luo?

Putting his life on the line against this mysterious, strong foe? To defend someone he didn't even like?

Wei Chonglou's eyes turned dark. He gritted his teeth and he dodged out of the Aquamarine Python's way. Li Luo, who was standing behind him, was completely exposed now.

"You can't blame me for this! There's no way I can stop it!" Wei Chonglou said in his heart.

Then he whispered to himself, "Go for him!"

However, he sensed a strange gaze coming from the graceful figure on the python as he dodged out of its way. He did not know if it was simply his imagination.

There seemed to be icy murderous intent directed towards him behind that gaze. Wei Chonglou froze on the spot for a moment. Was it unhappy that he had given way? He had to be imagining things. How could there be such a strange enemy in this world?

Just as he was thinking about it, the roaring Aquamarine Python suddenly turned around. Its enormous body filled with ice-cold energy was like a river of death that spanned thousands of feet. It gushed through the air and charged towards him fiercely.

Behind it, the Blood Coffin Carrier, who was busy fighting Feng Lingyuan and group, was delighted when he saw this. "Aquamarine Python, crush that little brat into pieces. Just bring his left arm back!"

Boom!

The Aquamarine Python bellowed. Its vicious mouth opened and it swallowed Li Luo up completely. Then the python turned into a black light and flew off into the distance.

The Blood Coffin Carrier was dumbfounded as he watched the Aquamarine Python rush away. Then he understood what was going on. He cried out angrily, "Damn Aquamarine Python! You dare snatch my True Devil Egg!? I'm going to kill you!"

The Blood Coffin Carrier roared angrily, his eyes turning blood-red. Mind-boggling amounts of corruption surged out of him and his terrifying body began to expand once again. He grew into a giant dozens of feet tall.

He then threw out a punch with the force of a meteor. It flew towards Wang Kong and sent him flying back.

When Feng Lingyuan and the rest landed attacks, frightening scars appeared all over his body. However, his flesh wriggled slightly and the injuries healed in the blink of an eye.

The Blood Coffin Carrier could not be bothered with Feng Lingyuan and the rest at this moment. He could not stand the thought of Aquamarine Python stealing his other half of the True Devil Egg. He stomped his feet, causing the ground to shatter, and he quickly flew towards the direction where the Aquamarine Python had gone.

The fierce battle turned chaotic once again.

Meanwhile, the Aquamarine Python was really swift. In just a few moments, it slithered into one of the abandoned halls. Its mouth opened, and Li Luo fell out of it.

At this moment, Li Luo was on high alert. As he suppressed the corruption in his left arm, he was prepared to go all-out in an instant.

However, just as he was thinking about how to fight for his life, a slender, jade hand suddenly stretched out of the giant python's mouth. The hand was holding a sharp, poisonous fang. Slowly, the graceful figure made its way out of the mouth, holding an aquamrine python staff.

Li Luo was stunned for a moment as he looked at the familiar weapon.

Then he heard a familiar laugh.

"It hasn't been that long since we last met. Why have you gotten yourself into such a predicament?"

The person was wearing a mask that covered half her face.

Li Luo stared at the half-covered face. Then he took another look at the staff. His eyes widened up and his shocked voice echoed in the silent hall.
