"Yes. Trust me," Qiao Mei replied firmly.

Each and every page had Zhang Cheng's signature on it.

Gao Lin took the confession and read it for a long time. Tears streamed down his face as he held onto it with trembling hands. Every word was like a knife stabbing into his heart. Every page referenced the life of a Gao family member!

He rushed into the basement as if he had gone crazy, dropping the entire stack of paper on the floor. Xia Zhe picked up the pages slowly. Neither of them stopped Gao Lin. In his frame of mind just now, it was useless even if they tried to stop him.

"Given his current state, do you think Zhang Cheng will die?" Qiao Mei asked.

Xia Zhe waved the key in his hand and said, "I've already locked the door. He won't be able to hurt Zhang Cheng since Zhang Cheng is locked up in the cage. Don't worry, we have to let him vent his anger in some way."
