To employ powerful arms, they would have to lure the Cyclops out of the power plants vicinity and into a safe zone far away. Strangely enough, just like its initial appearance in Korea, the Cyclops refrained from venturing beyond a certain distance and refrained from demolishing the power plant facilities. One could even describe it as docile. The Japanese people, like their Korean counterparts, prayed for the sudden disappearance and reappearance of the Cyclops elsewhere, yet their wishes went unanswered.
