Chapter 22 - You can leave now

"Yes, miss." Maid bowed and left.

She came down and sat right side to her dad. "Good morning Dad"

"Hmm, did you sleep well?" he glanced at her.

"Yes, dad."

"Don't drive yourself, I have arranged a driver for you."

"Yes, Dad", She thought to take her mansion driver so she agreed.

"What's wrong?", David noticed the sky's uneasiness.

She lowered her head, "Did I do anything yesterday? I don't remember anything after dinner." She was bashful.

He laughed, "What will you do other than sleeping?"

She grinned looking at her dad and continued eating. David relaxed after seeing her response.

They finished their breakfast. "Dad, I'll be leaving now, I'll be back on Monday and go-to office directly. Take care of yourself."

"I'll be going to our farmhouse. if anything, call me."

She asked maids to put her luggage and gifts in the car and went out to board her car.

She was dumbfounded seeing who was opening the car door for her. "What are you doing here?" she showed a dissatisfied look.

"Ms.Sky, I received orders yesterday from Lilly to drive you to town A."

Sky was about to send him off, then noticed her dad's reflection on the car's window. He was watching them intently.

"Fine" she replied as she sat down and let him close the door.

David was happy with her dissatisfaction look and considering him as a driver. He went inside when the car left the mansion.

In the car

Sky wanted to have a pleasant weekend, but she never expected Andy to be driving. She liked to be with him in the past. But not anymore.

"What's going on? I didn't order you to come?"

Andy was driving her car at a controlled speed, "Ms.Sky, yesterday night I received a call from Assistant Lilly that I have to drive you to your town. So I came early."

Sky's expression darkened, she fished out her phone from her handbag and called Lilly.

After listening to Lilly's greet, "Ms. Lilly, who gave you permission to decide who will be my driver?"

Chill ran through Lilly's bones, "Ms.Sky, I received a call from chairman Harley. So I asked him to reach your home today."

Sky mouth twitched then hang up the call as she heard Lilly's explanation.

When Andy heard Sky's question to Lilly, He felt remorse. He got to know that Sky didn't want him as a driver.

Sky looked like a completely different person to him. ' wasn't she enjoying his driving ?'

He failed to notice, it was past.

People always noticed the change in another person. But they forget to notice their change which made others back out.

After a few minutes when the car reached some distance, "Park the car now"

Andy did as told.

"Sorry for the trouble, You can leave now."
