"My little girl, drink little water and then continue." David said dotingly.

"Who wants to continue talking to you, Didn't I say you to go." Sky realized her throat was dry and took water to drink.

"Fine then, You work. I will see you at home." David stood up to leave.

Sky's stomach rumbled at that time, She bit her lip turned to her dad, "Why are you abandoning me now? Take me out for lunch."

David laughed at her before saying, "What will you do sitting with an old man? Go, call your friends and go with them."

"Dad, Will you take me or not?" Sky scrunched her brows and looked at her.

David sighed deeply, 'Then she cried for losing one person, now she doesn't care about anybody other than few.'

A softhearted human turned into a coldhearted one and the reason was broken trust.

"Do I have to babysit you now? Let's go."

Sky turned off her laptop and went with David. Once they exited the office, "Secretary, President is coming with me, She will not come tomorrow as well. Do the necessary." David's voice was cold.

"Sure Chairman.Harley." Andy responded.

After entering the elevator, Sky questioned her doubts, "Dad, Where are we going? Aren't we going for lunch?"

"We are going for lunch then I will take my daughter for shopping. And tomorrow, you can plan as you want." David said nonchalantly.

"Oh!" Sky started thinking about what to do,

"Then I will go and meet mom and dad. It's been a long time. Since you are taking me shop, I will buy something for them too." Sky brimmed with happiness thinking about meeting Mr&Mrs.Barton.

Sky suddenly remembered something and asked David, "Dad, I want to gift an Aston Martin to Loran for the new year."

"Don't give yours, I will book one for him." David doesn't want to give her car to Loran. As he especially spent time in Europe to customize and to check its safety.

"I have already booked a new car. It's this." Sky showed him pictures of the car on her mobile.

Right after seeing the picture, David explained the features of the model. Sky was dumbfounded. "Do men like automobiles so much that you will know everything about it?"

"Kind of, It's the same as how women love jewelry, clothes and all." David said as they boarded the limousine.

Sky raised her brows looking at him. "Fine, except you. All my friends complain about their daughter or daughter-in-law spending too much, Here you are too lazy to go out."

"Dad, shouldn't you be happy that I don't waste money!" Sky proudly said and laughed.

"Who wants you to save money?" David rolled his eyes.

Sky tugged his sleeves and leaned on his shoulders, "You know, Dad! When I was going to school and college, I used to think, after I start earning, I can buy everything I like, I can eat everything I want and go to every good place. But now I don't like anything."

"Baby girl, you should go out and check to like something. How can you like anything if you sit and work all day?" David asked as he patted her hands.
