Chapter 147 - Did you love him?

Sky gave a faint smile to Savanna which poured oil to the latter's anger and she left fuming after pointing her forefinger at Sky like a warning.

Sky and Sam sat in a cafe in the mall. Sky tried to analyze what's going on with Andy? What must have happened to him? She knew she was his last option hence he came to her.

Sky didn't ask anything when they met thinking he may feel bad. But now she wanted to know what happened. She wanted to know from him than knowing from others.

"Call Andy here." Sky looked at Sam and asked.

Sam saw her thinking and being quite from the time she heard about Andy. He didn't want her to fret over the past. "I don't have his number." He replied.

Sky extended her hand took his phone and dialed Andy's number. The line went through and Andy received after the three rings.

"Hello! Andy here."

"Sky speaking, Come to the cafe on the third floor in Aeon mall now." Sky said straightforwardly and hung up the call without waiting for his reply.

"You know his number?" Sam was dumbfounded seeing her dial his number just like that.

"He is using the same number from the time I know him." Sky replied and sipped her juice.

"Don't tell me you are planning to reunite with him after knowing that he is a divorcee?" Sam asked suspiciously.

"What do you mean by 'reunite with him'? I don't want any friend who distrusts me. He didn't trust me back then, now he doubted that I asked somebody to beat up that actress."

"Then why do you want to meet him now?" Sam got curious.

"I heard from one of his friends that he is not in contact with any of his friends, except two or three. I am just giving him a chance to speak his heart out and relax. Because I'm sure he never told anything to his parents and he will not share his burden with his brother also."

"So you want to be Mary Sue." Sam smirked. "Ms.Sky, Can I ask you a personal question?"

Sky nodded.

"Did. You. Love. Him?" Sam asked as he said a word for a word clearly.

She just smiled and sat back on the chair. "What do you think?"

"Questioning me for my question?" Sam's head throbbed.

"No, I will answer your question. But let me know how much you know about me after investigating my past and being in the present." Sky said as she checked the time on her phone.

"Now I know Why women are weird creatures." Sam said as he scratched his head. Sky smiled and waited to know his answer.

After about five minutes, he spoke. "You invest yourself cent percent in every kind of relation, It may be a sister, a daughter, a CEO, a friend. So you were scared when he suddenly stopped talking or contacting you but you kept your distance when he wanted to keep you away. You cried for him not because you lost him. It was because he didn't trust you and trust in your seven years of friendship. And you never cried because of his marriage. So I think you didn't love him, you liked to spend time with him because you were you with him like how you be with your brother." Sam said in all seriousness and faced her.
