Chapter 157 - Shut up

Andy understood her and forgave. They started their wedding preparation and again Andy didn't contact Sky.

Sky understood that he would be busy with the wedding preparation and didn't dare to disturb him.

But whenever Andy had a fight with Savanna, he used to talk to Sky. Apologizing first to her and talking to her and boasting about his fiance. He was filling the void by talking to Sky and she never complained about it to him.

Sandra was very happy for her son and daughter-in-law to be. After somedays, she found out that Andy was not in contact with Sky and she felt ecstatic and proud. She grew closer to Savanna and told her how she hated Sky and denigrated her.

Savanna overjoyed knowing that her mother-in-law hated Sky and liked her. She stopped creating a ruckus for anything. Andy liked her more and more.

They had booked the biggest celebration hall in the town and everything was arranged by Rony's event management company. Most of the affluent families of the town attended the wedding and the Barton family were also present.

Sky went with her Barton parents. Loran and Jai were at a different table with their friends. Andy's friends spotted Sky who were groomsmen and called her to accompany them. They all knew about Sky as a best friend of Andy.

Sky was wearing a navy blue, high neck, long chiffon dress which was embellished with beads and had a see-through back. It matched perfectly with Groomsmen's attire.

"Not bad Sky, we thought Andy will at least avoid you after getting fiance. We were wrong. He even got a matching dress to be part of Groomsmen." Many exclaimed looking at her.

Sky tried to explain but they weren't ready to hear hence she didn't say it was just a coincidence and he didn't buy her dress.

However, Nobody expected her dress to become the reason for Savanna to play a dirty trick on her.

Sky coughed twice purposefully. Andy passed water to her. After drinking a sip, "Can you skip the wedding part?"

Andy was caught off guard. "Huh?"

Sam smirked, "Ms.Sky, Don't tell me, you are still..."

"Shut up" Sky knew what he wanted to say. "It's already seven, I'm hungry and I know that day's part so."

Even though she looked calm on the outside, Sam knew she won't be able to take it again hence he didn't comment on it.

Andy said, "Oh!"

They had dinner in a restaurant in the mall. Sam suggested them to talk the next day and took Sky back to Harley mansion. Before leaving, Sky booked a cab for Andy, latter reached his shared apartment.

He reminisced about how he was with Sky,

how they used to enjoy, banter with each other.

Helping the other one when needed.

Visiting all the good places around.

Trying all types of foods, fulfilling the other one's food cravings.

Watching movies and so on. They always used to have something to look forward to after every event.

He knew Sky hasn't changed after coming to the capital city. It's just that her small world has no place for him. He had no idea how she felt when he avoided her, what she did? and How she was?

He wanted to ask her many times but he also knew she wouldn't tell him. He knew she asked him about it not to befriend but to value the seven years of friendship.
