Chapter 170 - Can you stop overreacting?

"Sam! Is Sky Harley with you?" Daniel asked.

"Mr.Cox, Sky here. Why is your brother so stubborn?" Sky as she glared at Sam.

"He is like my Dad, Stubborn and rude fellow. Anyway, I should thank you for making him say he loved me. I don't have any more wishes."

Sky was smiling as she said to Sam, "See I told you." She knew well Daniel was teasing Sam.

"Brother Dan, Can you stop overreacting like this girl?" Sam shouted.

"Hey Sam, Don't you dare say anything to her. Sky, you can beat him up if he acts up too much. hmph" Daniel was the complete opposite of Sam.

Sky burst into laughter, "Sure". Sam furrowed his brows as he watched her.

"Sky, I asked this brat to take me to meet you. He always refused. May I get your appointment? When will I have a chance to meet my brother's savior?" Daniel asked.

"Savior and me?" Sky was confused and looked at Sam. Who took advantage of her state and snatched the mobile.

"Brother Dan, I will let you meet her one day. Bye now" Sam disconnected before Sky and Daniel could react.

"Nosy" Sam scoffed.

Sky ignored whatever he said, "Your brother was happy. So my teeny-tiny mission is a success. Drive now, I'm famished."

Sam rolled his eyes and drove to Harley mansion. Sky was very curious about 'Savior' and why he choosing to join Peter but she knew she already crossed her line. She heard about his temper from his fellow mates hence she became quite all the way home.

When they reached, Sam broke the silence, "Will the president of the Harley willing to meet the president of GenX?"

Sky who was at the door, turned around to see Sam and hummed, "If I have to meet the president of GenX, then I'm not interested."

Sam raised his brow and waited for her to finish, She took her own time and continued, "If I have to meet your brother, then no problem."

She entered inside after waving once. Sam looked at her departing figure and wondered, 'Aren't both are same.'

Sam called his brother on the way to exit, "Brother Dan" His voice was austere and void of any emotion. But he had a weak smile.

"Seems like Ms.Harley is not around. What's going on?" Daniel asked in a cheery voice.

"She is such a busybody. She threatened me with my tab, hmph."

"So you don't love your brother but you said it because of the tab. My poor heart." Daniel sounded hurt.

"Brother Dan, Don't act. When do you want to meet Sky?"

"Anytime whenever she is free."

"Fine, By the way, she said she will not meet the president of GenX, she will meet my brother." Sam repeated what she said.

"Sure!" Daniel said and paused, "You didn't understand what she said. did you?"

Sam scratched his head and stayed silent. "Being a top psychiatrist is of no use. Stop staying away from women. Get a girlfriend soon. Then you will understand better. Assistant Manager in the HR department is beautiful. Do you..." Daniel didn't get to finish his question.

"Bye" Sam said before he hung up. He hopped in his car and left the mansion.
