Chapter 205 - Calf is slit

David grunted and resumed watching Television.

Sky asked Butler to help Andy to keep the files in her study room.

Match continued for half an hour more and Jai concluded with his win. Sky naturally was in good mood and sent a message to Jai before going to study.

David ordered to Sam, "Sam, Don't leave her alone with that bastard." Sky rolled her eyes listening to that and agreed to him.

"Clark, You can play with Loran, He has Xbox." then she turned to Loran, "Loran, You got a company. Let me know who is good at games."

"Of course, Me!" Both Loran and Clark said in unison.

Sam ignored them and asked, "Ms.Sky Where is your wheelchair?"

"Oh, I don't like a wheelchair, I asked them to put it in the storeroom. Just give me a hand, I will walk." Sky said.

Loran walked in front of her, "Hop on. Or else you will take all day to reach your room."

Then Loran piggybacked Sky to her study room and went to his room with Clark.

Sam rested on the couch in her study when Andy and Sky spoke about work.

David went out to meet his friends. With Andy's help, Sky soon covered her week's work.

"Everything is running smoothly, then why directors are asking about me?" Sky asked after closing the last file.

"Ms.Sky, Working style of Chairman Harley and yours is completely different. They are finding it difficult to manage meetings. And Chairman Harley suspended two directors hence everybody is scared it may be their turn next." Andy completed in a breath.

She had indeed changed some of the things in the office so she could imagine the chaos in the Harley. "Isn't he giving you a hard time too?" Sky asked as she noticed his change in expression and He scratched his head.

"Nothing much, I can manage." Andy was modest.

"He just had to skip his lunches and work overtime due to your father." Sam's voice sounded behind Andy.

Sky didn't know whether to cry or laugh, "I don't know whether Dad and Brother Jai allow me to come to the office, If I can't come from Monday, I will head all the meeting through video conference. So you have to prepare for that and you have to get files here every day or alternate days or twice a week if I don't come."

"Sure" Andy nodded and asked his question, "Ms.Sky, What happened to your leg?"

When he entered the living room he noticed the bandage on her right leg, he wanted to ask but after seeing David he chose to be quite. He was thinking Sky was enjoying outside the country abandoning the company, later his view changed.

"My right leg calf is slit. The doctor said it may take four to six weeks for complete recovery." Sky said as she looked at her leg.

Whenever she sat in the wheelchair or used the cane, she felt gloomy all day hence she had asked to keep them away from her sight. Now she could hold a wall or railings and walk slowly and the pain was also reduced a lot.

Andy just replied with 'Oh'.

Sam stood up and went near Sky and helped her to stand and move towards the door, "Ms.Sky Since you are free..."
