Chapter 234 - Do you want to give up?

Then he had seen him enter Harley mansion hence he had collected as much information as possible. Since Harley never offended Sigma, he wasn't sure about his visit. Then after talking with David, he let his guard down for him.

"Are you asking for your sister or generally?" Sam asked back first before answering his question.

"He is very talented, powerful. He never creates problems for innocent but he will never leave the ones who hurt his people. This is kind of proof though." Sam showed the same file to Jai.

Jai nodded and went inside.

He asked Arlo and Loran to leave the room as he wanted to talk to Sky. Loran wanted to stay but Jai dragged him out.

Arlo thought she may be facing the problem by her mood hence he left his mini microphone chip inside before leaving the room.

Arlo wore his Bluetooth earbud for eavesdropping. He knew it was not right but he had no other option. Jai sat on the chair and watched Sky.

Sky was confused why he was looking at her, "Brother Jai, Did I do something again?" Her voice was breaking.

"Sky, What did you do?" Jai asked in a gentle voice.

Sky shook her head and looked at Jai, "I don't know."

Jai could see red rims around her eyes, "You always say everything to me, why are you hiding this time?"

"Is it really worth to work in Harley corporation? I want to go back to our town." Sky was on the verge of crying.

Jai and Arlo who heard her furrowed their brows, Arlo never thought her to be coward. He controlled himself from throwing the Bluetooth away from his ear, he had only little expectation that she will have reason to say it.

"Do you want to give up?" Jai asked in confusion.

He knew very well she was not the one to give up just because of injury on her leg. He wanted to know the reason before calming her.

Sky nodded before speaking, "You, Loran and Dad will come to me whenever I face a problem, so am I not putting your life in danger too like yesterday? We can't be lucky as yesterday to be safe all the time. Harley corporation is not important than you guys. So isn't giving up is better than holding it and putting your life in danger?"

Tears rolled down on her face continuously as her hoarse voice sounded in the room. Jai paused. He didn't expect her to think all that.

He stood up and hugged her, Sky continued saying between sobs, "You and Loran running behind me from more than ten days. You two are not even sleeping well. Dad looks haggard and looks ten years older than before. And Me? What am I doing? I am just laying on the bed all the time. Isn't I'm useless? Isn't I'm still a burden on you all?"

Jai patted on her back as his heart ached for his sister, "Were you thinking about this from morning?"

Sky nodded as she cried on. After some time, Jai took a deep breath and asked, "My little sister, Can I ask you something?"

Sky released him as she nodded. Jai wiped her tears and he asked, "If we two went out and my any of competitor attacks us and hurt us. Do you want me to leave Badminton so that I can avoid him? or should I lose in every match and let him win?"
