Andy reported about the one month progress of Arlo to Sky.

Sky had kept track of his work from the beginning hence she wasn't surprised by his work. She asked Andy to send Arlo to her office.

Arlo entered and greeted Sky. Latter asked him to sit before asking, "Arlo, Where did you complete your masters'?"

"University of Oxford" Arlo replied the fact.

"Why are you working here?" Sky asked. She knew he has the efficiency to start a new business and even surpass Harley.

Arlo took a while and answered, "Since its Uncle Harley's company."

"Oh!" Sky rested back on her seat and asked, "Do you want to open a new company?"

Arlo was surprised. He already has Sigma why will he want to open a new company?

Seeing his surprised look Sky continued. "You have the capability to run a bigger company than Harley. So why don't you give a try? I will support financially, you run your company. Interested?"

Arlo smiled, 'Sly businesswoman' "You mean, the company in your name and I have to manage everything?"

Sky shook her head, "Nope, I will assist you financially if you need it. I will be a shareholder and the company will be in your name. If you manage well and you can buy the shares from me, then I will sell fifty percent of my shares."

Arlo didn't know whether to laugh or cry. "Ms.Sky, Who will allow their employees to compete with them itself?"

"Me! You are talented. I know seventy percent of my work decreased because of you. So Why not?" Sky gave her point of view.

"Exactly, If you give away your talented employees, how will you manage your company?" Arlo thought it as an Owner point of view.

Isn't it will be like putting ourselves at a disadvantage of helping a rival company?

"Idiot" Sky scolded him in a very low voice which even he couldn't hear.

"I am not willing to help you just because you are talented, You are Dad's friend's son also. Won't it will be helpful for me when I need it?"

Arlo was curious to know why she didn't want company under her name, "Ms.Sky, Why don't you open a company and I will be CEO. Isn't that better?"

"I don't have a strong business background like you. I'm an art student. I'm learning and managing Harley. When I become strong in this area, I will think about it."

It surprised him how she confessed what she doesn't know. "Then why didn't you study business?" Arlo asked straight away.

Sky didn't want to say anything about her and she didn't know Arlo already know everything about her. "Situations landed me here and Now! I don't time to go to college and start from basics. Don't divert the topic, are you interested in my offer?"

"Nope. I'm sorry." Arlo rejected.

Sky nodded, "No problem"

She called Andy inside the office, "Andy, Thank you for your hard work. You don't have to assign works for him anymore. Will you be okay assisting me from now on?"

It was a surprise for Andy, "Yeah, No problem."

Arlo gritted his teeth knowing Andy will be Sky's assistant. But Sky's next words also surprised him.

"Arlo, you will be my secretary." Sky said looking at Arlo.

According to Harley's job hierarchy secretary job was as important as an assistant but he would be managing her schedule completely and he would have to attend the meeting with her.
