Everybody thought the next questions would be answered by other teams but they were all answered by Arlo and Sam. It felt like they were participating with each other.
"Last question, Question number 20: In which country was Julie Christie born?"
Nobody answered, instead all turned to Sky's team. Clark was looking at Sam and Arlo alternatively. After about one minute he pressed the buzzer and answered, "India"
Sky jumped in her place, "Yay, We won" She ran to them and hi-fi-ed Clark.
She caressed the other two's heads as if they were puppies. Four teams were eliminated which answered only two or three questions in the first round.
The next game was a treasure hunt round. Sixteen teams received their first card envelope. When Ethan said "Start", all opened the envelope and took the card.
"I have lots of hammers inside
But there are no nails for them to hit
To use them you press down on keys"
Sky read it out loud once and was about to read again, Arlo said a word, "Piano"
"Wow, you are so fast." Sky said as she went towards the Music section.
Sky was checking with others where the card can be in the big piano. Sam got it and opened it to read.
"I come in many colors
And I'm seen on your birthday
You'd better hold me tightly
Or else I will float away"
"Huh! kid's riddle. Ethan has no IQ. It's a balloon. But I didn't see it anywhere." Sky said as she looked around.
Four searched all around and read the riddle again and again. But they didn't get an answer not even ballon. Other teams were finding the fourth card when they were still stuck on searching third.
Clark called and asked the waiter, "Are there ballons here?"
"Sir, we didn't decorate balloons, we have kept them behind that wall." The waiter answered and left.
Clark told the other three and went to see them.
Sky didn't know whether to laugh or cry. There were about fifty helium balloons tied to branches of the tree. They quickly went and checked each ballon, Sam got the card again.
"I am a board
I give birth to everything
I solve everything in my world."
Sam walked inside without saying. "Brother Sam, Where are you going? We haven't found the answer."
Sky and Clark ran behind Sam. Arlo stuffed his hands in pockets and walked leisurely behind him. Sam went to the library and pulled a paper out of the Computer system box.
Clark and Sky looked at each other and went to read the next riddle.
"In March or April
These things do abound
A certain bunny
Leaves these on the ground"
"Bunny leaves these on the ground? Bunny!... Bunny! Bunny eggs!... Easter eggs." Sky said as she ran towards the cafeteria where she had seen them.
Clark caught up to her and searched the card. Sky got the card by the time Sam and Arlo reached.
"I am just two and two.
I am hot. I am cold.
I am the parent of numbers that cannot be told.
I am given with pleasure.
I am a gift beyond measure."
Sky read it nearly five times but she couldn't understand it. Others saw it but they didn't say anything. Sky heard three groups cheering after completing.
