"Ms.Sky, Is it okay for you to have dinner with my seniors? They are behind us." Arlo wasn't sure if she would be comfortable or not.
Sky looked back and saw rows of cars parking behind them. "You decide! I will take a catnap."
Sky closed her eyes being tired of yawning. Arlo was thinking what to do but was stupified realizing Sky actually dozed off.
He got down from the car and called Euroasia, Hotel under sigma and asked them to arrange everything. Then he eyed five drivers who were peeking out of the car windows with a playful grin.
Arlo sighed and hopped back to drive to Euroasia. They reached after about twenty minutes in traffic.
He woke her up before getting down from the car. Sky fastly stretched her hands and neck after seeing him get down and alighted from the car.
Arlo noticed and intentionally he walked slowly towards another end to give her some time. Throughout the driving time, he was peeking at her. Many times his hands moved towards her rosy cheeks but he controlled himself.
He lightly brushed her hair before reluctantly stopping the car in front of the entrance. Both stood near reception, as one by one all five reached them. They went to Arlo's private room for dinner.
Sky was still feeling sleepy hence she excused herself to the restroom after ordering dishes. Since she didn't use cosmetics, it didn't take her time to return back to the room.
Dylan commented seeing her enter, "Sky wasn't that too fast... for... touch... up." His words faded seeing her fresh, bare skin glowing under lights.
"Too fast?" Sky asked as she sat down next to Arlo.
Other than Arlo, few of them thought she was wearing some high brand products for her skin to look flawless and bright when they met her.
When she went to the restroom without even taking her mobile, how did they think she went to for correcting her makeup?
Sky was looking at her mobile and didn't notice anything. Arlo threw spoons on two who were checking her in doubt.
Their expression was more like, 'Is she for real?'
Sky's mobile rang and after seeing the caller name, an enchanting smile appeared on her face.
She got up and said in low voice to Arlo, "I will just come."
When her mobile rang, he saw the caller name, 'Brother Jai' with a picture of Jai and Sky in the background where Jai was looking at her dotingly. She was beaming hugging his arm.
He tugged her hand and pointed at the snooker table which was at another end of the room indicating her to go there.
Sky nodded and walked towards there as she received the call. "Good morning Champion!"
"Hmmm, I waited all day for your call." Sky stretched the word ' all ' before finishing her sentence.
She reached the end of the room and spoke. The rest of them didn't hear anything other than her chuckling sound from time to time.
Freddie couldn't control his curiosity anymore and spoke, "I thought she is good to you, seems like she is better to somebody else. Family? friends? or ..."
Arlo cut in, "Brother."
"Come on! my sister doesn't even care whether I am alive or dead. How can she be so bloody sweet?"
Arlo looked at Sky who was giggling, "Because, she is not Sky."
Jaxon choked on his water hearing him proudly say about Sky, "Narcissistic"
Dishes were served as they spoke. Arlo looked at Sky who had opened the window and hair was fluttering due to wind.
Arlo furrowed his brows and went up to her. He closed the window first as he heard her speaking.
"... Dumbo, that's too much!"
"Brother Jai! how about two days and one night? Please Please." Sky was cajoling when Arlo pulled her backside and closed the window.
"That's like my brother." Sky said and tugged Arlo's sleeve who was leaving after pointing at the dining table.
"Okay, Brother Jai, I will have dinner now. I will call you after my paper. Dumbo! don't irritate brother, go back to bed... Bye."
After hanging up the call, Sky pointed at the snooker table, "I have never played this."
Arlo wanted to take her back to the apartment after dinner so that she could rest but seeing her curiosity and expectant gaze, he changed his plans. "After dinner."
Sky hummed and went towards her chair.
"This idiot is head over heels for her. Will he be able to take rejection if in case she doesn't agree?" Jack said seeing him correcting her hair which was messed up by wind.
"Hopefully she is not like that Jenny." Jaxon replied before Sky and Arlo could reach their seats.
They started their dinner, Sky limited herself to one glass of wine as usual.
Since she didn't know those areas well, Sky didn't leave Arlo to drink either, "Arlo, Don't drink more than three glass... No! only two glass."
Arlo agreed and left others stunned. He never listened to others except for his grandmother. Now Sky started to be his exception.
Dinner continued with small talks followed by snooker. Arlo taught her how to play and they played singles with the other two.
Sky lost in the first match and pouted in displeasure. Arlo rubbed on head, "They are playing from years. You just need practice a few days."
Sky knew that hence she nodded, "One more match!"
Thomson laughed provokingly, "What's the fun in just playing? Stake something. So let's bet."
"Senior Tom!" Arlo said in clenched teeth.
"Wasn't that's how we played in the past?" Thomson said in annoyance.
Sky furrowed her brows, "What were you staking in the past? Money?"
"Notes, Course projects, assignments, paying for drinks, food etcetera." Jack explained to her.
Sky was bereft of speech for some time. "Isn't Arlo is your junior? how can he complete your notes or projects as such."
Sky looked at the seniors. Two scratched their heads, Two coughed lightly and one left to get his drinks.
Arlo bent down and explained, "They studied from my written notes."
Sky turned and faced him in doubt. How can junior make notes for a senior?
Arlo explained, "I finished the complete course by self-study in a year. I had notes"
"Oh!" Sky said as she looked at embarrassed faces of seniors and burst into laughter giving them no face. "So what bet do you guys make now?" Sky asked.
Pissed, self-obsessed Thomson spoke, "If you are last again, agree that I'm handsome and smart. If you come aren't last, I will call you grandmother."
'Pfft'
