Hearing his long lecture, Sky was vexed. She sat up abruptly keeping her eyes closed and yelled at him in her hoarse voice. "Arlo! what the hell do you think of yourself? Can't I even sleep peacefully in my room however long I want? I get only one bloody Sunday. Get lost!"
He saw Sky covering herself completely not even leaving her face out which wasn't her style from however long he had seen her.
Arlo stood rooted, he just wanted her to eat and rest later. He didn't know she sleeps however long she wants on Sundays. He was still thinking about what to do when Sky sat up again and started throwing square pillows at him one after another as her gloomy voice sounded.
"You are the one who made mistake still I'm feeling bad for scolding you. Why do you have to do it in the morning? Ahhhhh."
Even though he was surprised, thinking she would start crying, he tried to coax her to sleep, "Okay, Okay. Sleep. I will not wake you up again. Sleep..."
Sky shrugged his hands off away from her head got off from bed, "I'm not sleepy anymore."
She went inside the dressing room and she went to the bathroom. When she laid back on the bed and covered herself, she lost sleep and kept her eyes open. She knew why he tried to wake her up and she felt unpleasant for shouting at him.
After taking a shower and changing into her leisurewear, she saw her bed was already made up. She went to the dining room and picked some sandwiches and went to her last floor room after asking Butler to send her lunch there.
Arlo who was in Olivia's room got to know later at lunchtime. Thinking she must be glum due to morning, he asked the butler and said, "I will take Sky's food, Serve mine too. By the way which room?"
David coughed lightly, "She doesn't allow anyone inside her room and even cleans it by herself."
He wanted to check but he never got a chance. Thinking Jai and Loran had seen her that room, "Try once, she may allow you. Last floor, right side first room."
Arlo nodded and took food trolley from butler before going to her another room. He had numerous speculations about the room and why she doesn't allow anyone inside.
Sky was watching some movie nestling under a chunky knitted rug and soft pillows when she heard a knock, thinking it must be a maid or butler with her lunch, she paused the movie and opened the door to see Arlo with food trolley.
Seeing him, she remembered how she had shouted at him. She checked the food trolley and saw two plates when he spoke, "Your lunch!"
"Oh! Then why there are two plates?" Sky asked in a low voice still blocking the entry.
Arlo could only see the television from his place, hearing her he replied, "I thought to eat with you."
Sky pursed her lips and give it a thought. "I don't allow anyone inside..." but she moved aside for him and trolley to enter. "... I will allow you once for my bad behavior."
Ryan who was peeking near the elevator thought she was going to send Arlo back but the latter entered and the door closed. He went back and announced that Sky allowed Arlo. David was happy for Arlo but he had a question, 'Don't I stand anywhere in her heart?'
He shook his head to disperse negative thoughts and continued with lunch.
Arlo who entered inside was surprised to see the small and cozy room. It had attached bathroom, numerous small to big drawers around the television. One chair near-wall attached desk, one laptop, photo printer. There were all types of craft papers arranged by their colors.
The other side had a small plush bedding with many pillows and chunky rug spread on it. There was a swing near window and light bulbs arranged above which gave a dimly lighted effect to the room.
No other chairs or furniture were present. Above the headrest of bed, there was a big picture frame in which Sky, Jai, and Loran were there.
Seeing television that had a movie on it, he asked gingerly, "Were you here to watch a movie? You have a theater for that."
Sky shook her head and pointed her desk, "For that." She sat on the bed with her plate.
He took a peek at the desk, seeing the flowers which she had plucked while they were in the forest he went ahead and checked. Those flowers were all compressed to dry hence they were dried but its color wasn't shaded.
'Does that mean she was here last week and I don't even know her another room existed?' Arlo thought to himself.
His eyes fell on different shaped ornaments that had those tiny flowers inside as transparent material covered it. He knew it was resin. His eyes shifted to cards that had the same flowers arranged but there was space for writing. He saw a diary but he didn't dare to touch without asking.
"Sky! May I?" He pointed at the diary to know her reaction. He thought it must be related to her crafts hence he asked.
Sky glanced at him before answering, "After your lunch."
He obediently returned near the bed for lunch when Sky had finished almost half. She finished it soon. Since he was sitting in front, her view on television wasn't full hence she pulled her rug on and sat quietly.
After Arlo finished eating, he kept the plates back on the trolley. He took the dairy and started flipping it. It was a picture diary. It had pictures of her or with somebody or place where ever she went.
Initially, Barton brothers and she looked very young in pictures, which means she was using the dairy for many years. It also had a few unknowns in the pictures with her. Andy was also present in many pictures.
As it went on, there were no more Andy and Sam & the group appeared. Ethan was present in very few pictures. He and Ryan were present at the nearest end of the book. There were only a few empty sheets left in the dairy.
