Chapter 529 - Safety for our little president

"I mean, Elli and Sanem." Peter replied to Sky.

"Jimmy! how can sit and hear him say Sanem name in the answer for how many wives does he have?" Sky knew what he meant but she pranked as she always did.

"Holy! Ms.Sky. You know what I meant. Why are you framing it that way?" Peter broke into a cold sweat as others laughed including Jimmy.

Sky finished filling and continued with other booking procedures when Sam asked, "Sky! You didn't fill Arlo's name and what about his brother?"

"We six are going." Sky replied nonchalantly and confirmed after choosing all activities on the list.

All were stunned and looked at Arlo whose head was low as if he was checking something important in his laptop. Sky saw them when their attention fell on her. "What?"

Sky again swept her eyes across and saw Sam's gaze which was ready to understand there was something wrong.

"Are you guys expecting us to be in the honeymoon period even after three months?" Sky asked as if it was a matter of fact that they were out of it and need their private time too.

But all gave into her reason as they always doubted how could they see each other all the time without getting bored with each other. Sam knew that wasn't the case.

It was decided and all left to their home. Sky went with Sam and Arlo returned separately. After dinner and spending some time with David and Olivia, Sky took a bath and went to the study room.

After finishing some work, she slept on the couch in the study room. Arlo wasn't sure if she was sleeping or overworking as she had locked the door.

It repeated again the next day but she went to the Sunroom where there was a swinging bed. But she had forgotten to lock the door. As usual, Arlo who went to check saw the door wasn't locked.

He went in and saw lighted candles around for the light. Sky who always slept straight or cross was curled up completely. Seeing her tear-stained face he felt his heart tug. His hand almost reached her face but he paused.

He knew she would wake up and leave the room again if she sees him so he sat on the chair. He slept after many days. When her mobile alarm rang he left before she sees him.

Sky packed after the workout and left home after informing the duo excluding Arlo. After work, Sky left with others. Arlo returned to the Harley Mansion.

After dinner, David asked Arlo as they normally spoke, "Arlo! Do you know anybody capable to work as Sky's secretary?"

Arlo was shocked. 'Is she firing me?'

"Why?" Ryan asked as he worked on his laptop.

David replied, "When she returned from country Y after meeting Arlo, She asked me to look as she didn't like anybody in Harley corporation to follow her closely."

Olivia completed what he didn't say, "She didn't like it when Arlo alone left on work. So she wanted to avoid it in the future."

Ryan who douted Sky's behavior with Arlo confirmed his suspicions. If she didn't like him staying away, she wouldn't do it either. But she left for two days and three nights. He looked at Arlo who didn't make eye contact with him or anyone.

Arlo felt a lump in his throat before replying, "Dad! I will let you know."

After finishing, he left the living area and went to the room but he couldn't stay in for long and left the Harley Mansion to the Smith Mansion.

He didn't return to the Harley Mansion until Monday evening.

As planned everything by Sam, Six left the capital in Harley Jet to city K. Resort had arranged the two cars to pick them.

Seeing the other two cars, Sky asked, "Sam, Did you arrange security here too? I don't understand why I need security."

The resort which Sky booked was under Sigma. Arlo arranged everything and Sam knew he would do that hence he didn't arrange anything.

"Nope! Safety for our little president from the resort." Sam replied.

Sky rolled her eyes at him. All enjoyed evening fresh forest breeze on their two-hour road trip to the resort.

After making sure Sky settled well in her villa of resort, the other five left to their villas but stopped by the resort manager.

"Manager Baker?" Peter was confused.

"President informed us to take good care of you all. The complete resort is reserved for you and the security around the area is also strong. So please enjoy the vacation without worry. If anything please, do call me anytime."

"Thank you!" Peter replied and saw the manager leave.

"Wow! the complete weekend resort is for us. President Smith sure head over heels on Sister Sky." Clark said as he went towards his villa.

"Hahaha, we can enjoy a special treatment due to Ms.Sky. Lucky Us." Peter left with Sam towards their villas.

Jimmy and Maxwell looked at each other took their route.

Sky took bath and sat on the bed before calling her brothers. She dropped a message to David about their safe arrival and called Ryan who had sent numerous messages.

As soon as the call connected, Ryan started speaking, "Sky! This is not fair. How can you leave me and go? Don't you know I don't have any such friends who I can hangout? How can you drop me out of the plan? Don't you think I will get bored too?...."

Sky listened to his tantrums and asked at last, "Shall I arrange for you to come? You can be here before sunrise."

The line went silent for a few seconds, "It's okay! Next outing I will plan and take you. This weekend I will accompany Dad and Grandmother to the farmhouse. But you aren't allowed to leave me next time."

"Deal!" Sky agreed right away.

It wasn't like she wanted to leave him and come. She wanted to stay alone but she knew David and Jai won't let her go alone. So that she could keep herself busy with activities and not letting those two worry about her, she came with Sam and the other four.
