Chapter 724 - Carrying twins(2)

Arlo had expected such questions and doubts because he knew she was scared to get disappointed. "Want to test out now?"

"But they are ninety-seven to ninety-nine percent accurate."

Arlo was patient with her, "There are all brands in the drawer."

Sky instantly pulled him near it and both unpacked all before Sky took eight kits to the bathroom.

Arlo who used to be calm and composed wasn't anymore. He was pacing outside the bathroom door letting his mind think about her every reaction.

Sky opened the door after five minutes in the grim face holding four in each hand which had two lines, green indicator in one and Pregnant in another.

Arlo couldn't read her face, "Sky?"

Sky's elated voice sounded in the room as she jumped to his arm, "Arlo, I'm pregnant. All are showing positive and I'm pregnant. I can't believe we are going to have a little one for ourselves..."

Sky continued on and on and Arlo just smiled seeing her happy holding her in his embrace.

He thought that he had to share his wife with an annoying brat who would tire her, trouble her and that brat would stay in her w.o.m.b for nearly forty-two weeks.

Sky quietened seeing him silent, "What's wrong? You don't want it?"

Arlo pecked on her lips, "You want so I want it too."

"That doesn't make sense." Sky pouted.

"I want to click a button and jump to five years so that I can keep you for myself. Why are you expecting me to see you run around somebody's wife or somebody's husband?"

Sky burst into laughter hugged with all her limbs making him carry her. "Here I am thinking you might pamper the little one more if it is a daughter."

"When have you seen me getting interested in somebody's wife?"

"Arlo, you are going to be a father."

"And you are a mother."

Both turned silent and rested.

Then one was fighting for the attention of the one who was just a half-inch size in his wife's w.o.m.b.

Both had lunch before doing some office work and then got ready.

Arlo was in Italian slim suit and he had chosen a white simple gown that had handiwork on it. It was also an off the shoulder gown which was high in the front and floor-sweeping at back. 

Since they would be walking on sand, Arlo had chosen a ballerina whose ankle strap was embellished with rhinestones. Arlo helped her with a simple hair bun style and very light make up which Sky didn't want.

When both stood in front of the mirror, "Honeybunch, are you going to get uninterested in me if I grow fluffy? I heard many lose their shapes."

Arlo controlled his expression and asked, "What do you suggest?"

Sky's cheeks puffed up, she pointed his abs above his suit, "You aren't allowed to maintain it anymore. I will make sure you eat a lot so that you become a soft and snuggly pillow for me."

Arlo's lips twitched. He couldn't believe his wife was asking him to look unsightly. 

"Sweetheart, I will love you in all shapes. Don't worry." 

More importantly, he wanted to look better and stronger than the little creature to keep his wife next to him.

Happy with the answer, both went to attend the reception near the hotel.

Sky saw the white canopy from far with small lights hanging around. The LED lanterns were on the sand which gave her dreamlike feel.

"Who planned this? It's so entrancing."

Arlo replied as he led her, "Your brothers."

Sky pecked on Arlo's cheek standing on her toes, "You are so adorable. If not because you, I wouldn't have got any of this. I still feel like I am dreaming. I don't want to wake up if it's a dream."

Arlo flicked on her nose, "Then, live in your dream."

Both spoke as they reached, She greeted everyone.

Olivia, Eugune, David, George, Georgia, James and his wife, The five and their wives or girlfriends, The cox family, Joe and his grandfather, Andy, Rony, Clara, Harrison, Tim and his boyfriend, Vice president Sen, Jack and Harry, Ivy and her father, Ethan and his wife Winnie who was pregnant, Thomson and his four friends.

At last, she pulled Jai, Loran, Ryan aside, "First of all, Brother Jai, Dumbo, I love this theme and arrangements."

The duo chuckled and Jai pinched her cheek before hugging her, "and I wanted to say..."

Sky flushed and could only manage to whisper to Jai and Arlo said audibly to the other two who were damn curious.

"Sky is pregnant for seven weeks."

Jai whispered back to Sky who was blushing, "Congratulations to my little sister."

Sky smiled back and looked at Ryan and Loran who were obviously doubting them. Sky who was next to Jai looked at him before speaking to the duo.

"Hey, did you guys forget Arlo and I are married for one and a half years already? What's with your look?"

"Mom, Dad..." Loran ran away with Ryan, "Grandmother..."

Everybody's attention went to them hearing their loud voice.

Sky was speechless hearing their excited tone, "The bride is pregnant."

All heard and turned to her making her hard to put on an aloof face.

Jai who knew Sky never hides anything for him, "Did you get to know today?"

Sky hummed, "Arlo knew last week." 

She was about to run away seeing everyone going to her but Jai easily held her and made her sit on the table making her listen to each and every one.

Arlo just nodded whenever anybody wished him and watched Sky getting teased, advised. 

Arlo and Jai were controlling their smiles, seeing her flush from time to time and whine like a little girl. 

After everyone was done, Mia stood on a chair to face Sky, "Sister Sky, Mom said you will have your baby soon. Will you stop playing me?"

The discontent was very obvious in the little girl's voice.

Sky got down and hugged her, "Of course not. How can I forget to play with my little friend? You will be the elder sister to the baby so you will have to look after the baby for me."

Mia left Sky and give it thought and Daniel reached to know what was going on,

"Sister Sky, if it's a boy, Shall I marry him? If it's a girl, Ean will marry her. That way I can stay with you."

Arlo was speechless. 'Did I just get a daughter-in-law or son-in-law?'

Sky and Daniel, fist punched each other, "Brother Dan, we will fire up our children's wedding and give in-laws goals to everyone."

"Sure." Daniel and Sky broke into laughter.

Mia was fl.u.s.tered, "Sister Sky, why do you want to fire my wedding?"

That made Sky and Daniel laugh aloud.

Soon Mia cried to Sam loudly saying 'Handsome Sam, Dad and Sister Sky want to fire my wedding with Sister Sky's baby boy.' making everyone laugh out there.
