Chapter 670 Days UNKNOWN: The Clash Of Titans, Part III

Name:Another Stupid Isekai Author:
The deafening sound of the planet's tectonic plates being moved by force filled our wear, and a wall of rapidly approaching avalanche of rubble, pushed by her psychic powers, went straight at us. We tried to create some distance, but The Great One wasn't that fast, despite using his powers to move his body away.

It made me decide to slow down a bit and try to stop it with my newly acquired telekinetic abilities, but it was like trying to push a mountain with your bare hands.

"You need to attack her. From above", I heard The Great One in my head.

"I'll try", I responded.

"I can block her, but I need a moment to concentrate", He added.

I made a track of plates, made out of void essence, so I could run on them, and go up as fast as possible.

It made me reach the clouds in no time, and I was able to observe the bubble of shimmering psychic powers Ixa created, with the astonishing pile of crumbled rocks it was pushing away from the sides.

The area was more or less of a medium country and got completely decimated in an instant.

I positioned myself above the center of it and then jumped, down, making more points of void essence, to make myself push off, so I would increase my speed as high as possible. Then I pulled a pudao from my vault, and blasted down, swinging at the last moment.

A direct, completely straight line of blackness smashed into the sphere, and cut it in half, making the whole dome shatter.

Suddenly the High Queen appeared right in front of my eyes, with fury painted all over her alien face.

"Die!!", she screamed in my head, and then blasted me with a shove so strong, that I didn't even know what was going on.

I smashed into the ground, ripping it apart, as the kinetic energy was still pushing me forward. I reacted by shadow walking to lose it completely, but even in that very little span of time, I managed to travel quite a distance.

Quick glance around made me realize, that I was in a totally different place, and my journey left a landmark. A freaking canyon. A straight line cut into the surface of the planet which was so long, that I was unable to see its beginning.

Her attack hurt me. Badly. Still, I healed myself quite fast using one of my broad repertoire of skills and began my charge back to the battleground.

I had to pave my road ahead with plates made out of void essence, so I was able to move faster, because the regular soil was too soft for the power I was producing and would give out under my feet, making me slower.

I was able to cover the distance in a few seconds. Just in time to see the fall of Druoag, who blasted down from the sky, bringing down his massive fist to slam into a shimmering, protective veil around the High Queen.

It was enough to push her all the way down to the ground, but that was all, and her retribution was quite a thing to see. She threw the poor alien, just like me. I felt for him when I saw that, but I didn't slow down even a bit, to reach her and provide more support for The Great One, who needed some time.

As I was about to make my move, I had to force myself to stop, because, apparently, it was no longer necessary. Moreover, it could interrupt the grand attack of the psychic.

He produced a wave of concentrated energy, which was shaped kinda like a triangle, and decimated everything on its way, reaching Ixa, who clearly didn't even consider getting out of the way. Her response was, to push back.

I heard her scream in my head, as she tried to suppress the energy, eventually burying it under the already quite wounded outer shell of the planet.

Soon it became crystal clear to everybody, that she had no experience doing anything like this, as all that pressure condensed under millions of tons of stone just exploded, sending everybody into the air. Some flew further, others didn't at all, as they were currently absent - yes I'm talking about Druoag, who still didn't return from his little trip to wherever the bitch sent him.

The ground shattered, and suddenly I was flying alongside millions of rocks of various shapes and sizes. But there was no time for such a thing. I was fighting for my life, and there was no room for staying idle even in such a situation, so utilizing shadow walk, I lost the kinetic energy, and began my search for Ixa.

I found her quickly, surrounded by a bubble of shimmering energy. It was much smaller than anything she showcased previously, much more personal. Probably a way to save energy in such an environment, where the attack could come from anywhere, with all the stuff obscuring the view. It was also denser, to the point, that one could barely spot her behind the flashy veil.

I saw an opportunity in this and began creating an army of firebirds and made them hide behind all the objects around, as I changed the angle of my attack to assault her from the opposite side.

I shadow walked myself there, to make sure she wouldn't notice and simultaneously began sending the flying bombs at her.

A chained explosion shook the vicinity, decimating all the rocks in the air and increasing the temperature very quickly. It made some of the stones begin shining with an orange glow, which was easily visible in the background of dark smoke made by the firebird. It completely enveloped the High Queen and mixed well with all the void essence present in the area.

It was my window. I attacked just as I planned, rising my pudao high, and then I brought it down with all my might, utilizing void essence to further strengthen that hit. The surge of darkness blasted through the cloud, along with my blade, giving me a slight glimpse of hope, that maybe I was able to reach her, and end this madness.
