Chapter 28: His Rage

Even though I had been naked with Wayne for several time, they were all in dark.

I stopped him every time when he would like to turn on the light.

But now, the power of the bath heater in the shower room was 100W so the

luminance of it was brilliant for sure. I dared to promise that the eagle like eyes of

him definitely watched my body all over at the moment when the door was

opened.

I was a kind of shy little woman anyway. In my opinion, I could only accept being

naked with a man after a long time of a love affair!

But now, with Wayne, from strangers to have sex, we did all the things forwardly

that should be done when a man and a woman having a love affair.

"This is my home, of course I have the key. Lydia, do you have to close the door

since our relationship was already come to this? What a pretentious woman..."

He was holding a tube of unguent, I glanced briefly, it was probably for swelling

He put the tube on the sink and then walked towards me.

body.

Under the hazing light, the temperature in the narrow space full of vapour was

suddenly raised up!

Wayne approached me. He crouched down and pushed aside the hair covered

on my cheek. I raised my head a little and our sights met each other. His sight

that full of love and cares fell on the injury on my scapula then suddenly it turned

cold and dim.

"Where else you got hurt on your body. Raise up and let me check!"

"No...I'm fine. They were only some small bruises. They can be heal by some

unguent. You just go take care your works." I said instantly.

That was no way at all. I would be die due to blush if all my body was checked

carefully by Wayne.

But the truth was, Wayne grabbed my arm and dragged me up to stand.

Foams were sticking on my face, the secret parts of mine were exposed and

looming in the air. I took a cold breath and covered my chest in a hurry.

He checked how much I hurt from my head to my toes seriously and said with a

dark face," How could you say that you are fine after you were beaten like this! Is

that an issue only when you are beaten to a cripple? Hurry up, use the unguent

after the bath. I will stay late in the study to deal with some works. You may go to

sleep first."

Wayne left the bathroom after he finished the words.

I endured the pain and used the unguent after the bath. Then I put myself under

the comfortable quilt.

The call from Merlin came in when I just picked up my phone.

I had a chat with her for a while then she changed the topic about Wayne

suddenly.

"Lydia, how do you get in relationship with Wayne?"

I was mute for a while. I was hesitating in my since I did not know how to explain.

"It is just like what it is. The man and the woman takes what they need from each

other."

Merlin was shocked obviously," Did Katherine know about you and Wayne are in

the relationship?"

I put my phone on the end desk and turned it to hands free. Then I turned on TV

and changed channels.

" She did not know for now. Don't tell her. The relationship between me and

Wayne will not be long. It is better to let less people to know to avoid troubles."

On the other side of the phone, Merlin was in silence for a moment then she

suddenly said," Lydia, do not fall in love with Wayne. My experience is a lesson

for you. He is a kind of people without heart. You can seek for his wealth or honor

but you cannot fall in love with him or you can't live by yourself after he doesn't

want you anymore someday!"

My hand holding the controller was frozen in the air. The words of Merlin were

like a hammer smashed on my head. Even though I wanted to refute her that

Wayne was different from Richard, I could not find any reason. Even the words I

tried to refute her were weak and unreliable!

He said it clear that he was just playing with me from the beginning. He was

interested on me and just wanted to fuck me...

Merlin turned her voice higher," Lydia, I don't understand why you climb on to the

bed of Wayne. Were you irritated by the return of Geoffrey so you are thinking

that sleep with Katherine' second brother, just like what written in the novel, to

revenge on Geoffrey and Katherine by climbing on the bed of Wayne?"

When Merlin was talking, a light sound of steps could be heard coming from the

door. The slightly opened door was pushed a little then stopped.
