Chapter - 4 Smart People Get Their Buttons Ripped

Gu Qing Pei handed the menu to the person who just shook his hand. "What is your name?"

"My name is Zhang Li. Call me Xiao Zhang and takes care of the boss. You just order something, I will not order food."

"You should eat something.... can you eat spicy food?"

"Not too much ...... there is wine and meat on the line."

Gu Qing Pei smiled, "What kind of wine you want to drink?"

"Beer."

"Good." Gu Qing Pei signalled for the waiter. He added a few dishes, a dozen beers and some drinks.

Once the drinks arrived, the table was full.

After the meal, all the former comrades in the party were gone. Gu Qing Pei looked at the watch and found the time was up. He went to the toilet and came back to find out that Yuan Yang was sitting with hands on his chest and looking out of the window.

Gu Qing Pei called out, "Let's go back."

Yuan Yang twisted his head and ironically said, "You look well.... I do not believe that you have drink allergies."

Gu Qing Yan shrugged, "I am allergic to seasonal pollen."

"Bullshit"

"Itis true. Since I've seasonal pollen allergies, that's why I didn't want to sitout or lunch," Qing Gu Pei spoke without a fuss.

YuanYang's disbelief showed on his face, he gritted his teeth, "Today we camehere to see my comrades in the party, to give you a grace, the next time youtalk nonsense from your mouth, don't blame me."

Gu's face sank. YuanYang stood up and stared at him. "When did I say I'm going to make youdrunk huh?"

"Oh,then when you brought so many friends....what did you want to do?" Gu QingPei smiled. "I'm not afraid to drink...... If you have any sense offairness, you'll fight with me alone, don't look for outside help," saidGu.

YuanYang sneered. "Do you want to drink with me? No problem, find time, wewill learn from each other."

"Well,a word is certain, can we go back to the company now?"

YuanYang gave him a look and turned away.

GuQing Pei followed him. The two men crossed the road and returned to thecompany.

ZhangXia was waiting for Gu Qing Pei outside the office early. When she saw him, shequickly ran over. "Gu Zong, the company's management has all beeninformed, and the meeting will be on time..... in ten minutes?"
