Lee Seng moved backwards to dodge but felt his body stutter. More fists connected across his body, ending with two hooks across the face. Tristan sent him flying to the right, sliding across the floor as traces of blood flew out of his mouth.
"Ha, I guess even you can't handle the way I manipulate your aura." Tristan smirked. He slowly moved like a predator ready to pounce on his prey. "You should get ready to have everything come crumbling down on you. I'll make sure everyone knows you're the reason why the invasion happened." Lee Seng grunted as he pushed himself up.
'His aura delays my senses and my body. He can't delay my hearing because it's naturally always like that… What if I just let loose?' Lee Seng wondered. He listened to his breathing as he slowly pushed himself up.
'Remember, Lee, you're not like other kids…' Akio's voice rang in his head. 'You must conceal yourself now, in order to get the upper-hand later.' Tristan rushed him and swung at him. As the fist was starting to connect, Lee Seng let out a quick breath. His gravity aura flew out of him and pushed Tristan away. The gravity fizzled out as he forced himself up.
"This is annoying." Lee Seng shook his head. He could barely stand but the gravity had made him feel something. He crumpled his hand into a fist and smiled. "Your power is annoying. You can manipulate not only your own aura, but mine?"
"I expected this much from the Creator's son, but you've been pretty disappointing so far." Tristan pushed himself up. Lee Seng's blurry eyes settled in front of him. His ears were telling him where Tristan was. "You've taken quite the beating. Let me tell you, the board is saying you have sustained about thirty percent of damage. You won't have long left."
"I won't have long left?" Lee Seng smiled. He pulled his jacket off and tossed it to the side. "Wanna know a secret?" Lee Seng started to pull his shirt off.
"You're scared blood is gonna get all over your nice jacket and shirt? It won't matter much to me." Tristan smiled. Lee Seng tossed the shirt and sighed.
"I haven't done this in a long time, so… Give me a sec." Lee Seng took a breath. Tristan rushed forward. Lee Seng's body began to glow. An aura, which he hadn't felt in a long time, poured out and a smile came across his face. The ground cracked around him, stopping Tristan from moving forward.
'W-what is this… aura? He completely changed.' Tristan took a step back. 'Lee Seng's aura wasn't like this, ever. This one feels… wild.' Lee Seng dashed forward, shattering the ground around him as he rushed forward. He swung straight for Tristan, who wrapped his arms in his own aura. The ground cracked around the two of them as Lee Seng pressed harder.
"How are you not distorted, still?" Tristan grunted as he struggled to hold the block. Lee Seng threw another punch at Tristan, releasing a quick hiss as his fist connected onto Tristan's chest. Tristan flew backwards in one hit, bouncing across the ground. Lee Seng rubbed his eyes.
"I can't feel my hits connecting to you, but my eyes see your Dark Matter aura." Lee Seng told him. Tristan bounced and flipped himself. He slid backwards as he landed and felt his chest was aching.
"You can see my aura? How's that possible?" Tristan grunted. Lee Seng lifted his finger and pointed straight at Tristan.
"You loosened the connection of my senses, but didn't disconnect me from seeing your aura and my sense of hearing." Lee Seng explained. Tristan began to move forward as pain shot from his chest. He grunted and stumbled around.
"You protected yourself well from my hit with your aura, but you didn't expect the added strength to the punch." Lee Seng punched the air. Tristan grabbed at his chest and groaned. He wrapped his chest in aura and felt the pain linger.
"Just a dirty trick!" Tristan hissed. Lee Seng smiled and raised his hand up.
"You should be honored. This is only about a ten percent increase. I just increased it enough to loosen the hold on some of your aura disruption." Lee Seng dashed forward as Tristan's face sank deeper into fear.
'Fuck, did I miscalculate this?' Tristan thought. His body wrapped in aura and the watcher's screamed in excitement.
"He's doing it!" A watcher shouted. Lee Seng appeared in front of Tristan and did another jab at him. Tristan blocked with a dense aura wrapping around his arms and hands. He quickly shoved Lee Seng backwards, pushing some of his own aura into Lee Seng. Lee Seng moved back a couple of feet and quickly moved in for another punch. The two began to match each other and a smile painted over Lee Seng's face.
'Why's he smiling?' Tristan wondered. He blocked a kick and threw another punch forward. Lee Seng swatted the punch away and quickly open-palmed Tristan in the chest. Tristan stumbled backwards as Lee Seng pulled away.
"Scared?" Tristan cockily smiled. He began to move forward when his body began to grow heavy. Tristan's body slowly started to stop and he began to fall onto his knees. "W-what's happening… to me…?" Lee Seng let out a sigh of relief and rubbed his eyes, again. The aura disruption was slowly peeling off of him. His sight wasn't as blurry and he could see Tristan struggling on his knees. He looked up at the board and noticed their damage meters. Tristan had 40% left while Lee Seng had 35%.
'Hmm, I sustained more damage than I felt… I wonder if those aura hits are what's hurting me.' Lee Seng theorized.
"Get me outta this!" Tristan grunted. Lee Seng snapped back into reality and pointed a finger at Tristan.
"I can lift you with my powers without touching you, but if I touch you, I get more benefits from it." Lee Seng told him. "For example, I can manipulate the gravity on you." Lee Seng waved his finger up. He watched Tristan fly up into the air. His body felt like it was fighting between a state of light and heavy. Lee Seng pulled his finger into him and Tristan watched as he flew closer towards Lee Seng.
'Crap, I have to do it now!' Tristan grunted. 'Auric Field.' A blue bubble flew out of Tristan and followed him towards Lee Seng. As soon as Lee Seng connected with the auric field, he felt his energy begin to sap and distort. Tristan smashed into Lee Seng, fizzling the hold onto him. The two landed on the ground, Tristan bouncing away from Lee Seng.
Tristan let out a deep breath. The gravity effect had disappeared. He threw himself up and ran towards Lee Seng. His aura began to form a staff in his right hand as he twirled it and slammed it down onto Lee Seng.
"Lee Seng has sustained 15% damage in one hit!?!" The announcer shouted. "Tristan has the advantage with 40% to Lee Seng's 20%!" Tristan spun the staff as the auric field continued to surround him.
"I'm ending this now!" Tristan shouted. He swung the staff downwards at Lee Seng.
"Fine." Lee Seng sighed. White and gold wisps fluttered Lee Seng's body. His eyes glowed brighter as he quickly rolled away. The staff slammed into the ground, sending an aura wave outwards. Lee Seng pushed himself off the ground with his gravity and forced himself to float. The distortion faded and Lee Seng smiled. He watched as his bar started to go up.
"It looks like Lee Seng has somehow recovered back to 35%!" The announcer shouted. Tristan growled as his grip on the staff tightened. Lee Seng spun himself in the air before he burst towards Tristan. Lee Seng's fist tightened with gravity as he pushed himself forward. He swung straight at Tristan who blocked the attack with his staff. The staff began to spark as the two aura's fought against each other.
Tristan released the staff, exploding the two in light as he quickly pulled away. He motioned for the aura to pull back to him, but felt nothing come to him. The light died down and Lee Seng pushed through the aura of light. The aura was enveloped in gold and white wisps, pulling the aura back into Lee Seng's body.
Lee Seng slammed his fist downwards, shattering the ground as Tristan dodged, losing his footing as the ground shattered around him. Tristan jumped up as he pushed with his aura and watched as Lee Seng quickly disappeared from his sight.
'Where did he–'
SLAM!
Tristan felt the air from his stomach get knocked out in one hit. He saw flickers of Lee Seng appearing in front of him as he crashed into the ground.
"Tristan has sustained too much damage!" The announcer shouted. Tristan's bar quickly depleted. The forty percent flew down and landed at one percent. Lee Seng hovered in the air as he waited for the smoke to die off.
"Maybe I should've been more careful." Lee Seng muttered. His ears twitched. A dense blue staff flew out at him. Lee Seng moved away as the staff glimmered and exploded.
