Gates… A mimic of the other Numbers, combined together and put into Lee Seng, the son of the Creator. After reconnecting with his 'inner child,' Lee Seng was able to fully take control of 100% of his full power. Ten Gates originally were there, deep inside of him, but as time went on, an Eleventh Gate showed up - the Gate Flood.
While each Gate was a mere copy of the Numbers' power, the Eleventh Gate was different. Lee Seng's own Gate was mixed with all of his powers - Biohuman, Fox Spirit, and Deimon. The Gate Flood came naturally to the user. It would boost everything to 11, but in return, close all of his Gates for a limited amount of time.
Lee Seng knew this. He had gotten all of this information from his inner child, but he was simply excited to try it. Energy flooded his system and everything slowed around him. The fiery Deimon slowly flew at him like a meteor in the sky. Lee Seng took a step forward, summoning the Sun blade. The blade changed colors, rotating between all of the colors.
Lee Seng pointed the blade upwards and watched as the fiery Deimon stopped in his place. The two pushed against each other as Lee Seng's tails billowed behind him. He smiled and jabbed forward, slashing and sending the Deimon flying into one of the nearby buildings.
"Wahhh~ This is nice. I wonder how long it lasts…" Lee Seng swung his rainbow blade onto his shoulder. "Are you almost done?!?" He looked over to Olivia. The energies completely disappeared. The golden fox looked up at Olivia as she held the dagger in her hands. "Yea, that does look like a lot… I'm not sure what she's doing." The fox turned and yapped at Lee Seng a couple of times. He nodded and the two watched.
"Condense the energies… and then release it." Olivia's voice shook. She snapped out of her focus and noticed the golden fox sitting in front of her. She immediately looked over at Lee Seng and noticed his ears were longer and wispier. The golden energy around his body made him look like a candle. The Dark Matter Suit was more gold and silver now with dark gray accents while his tails casually swung around.
"Argh, dammit!" The Deimon shouted. He appeared in the crack of the building and snarled. Flames exploded out of his hands, burning part of the side away. The Deimon jumped out of the building, rocketing himself with flames on his feet and soaring straight for Lee Seng. "I'll kill you fuckin' Fox Spirit! Flaming Spirits: Ice Howl!"
Four large fire wraith heads flew outwards, screaming with their long tongues whipping out of their mouths. They screeched as flame and ice flew out of their mouths. Lee Seng let out a couple slashes, destroying the flame and ice. The Deimon flew past the wraith heads, tackling Lee Seng and sending him flying.
Olivia turned, wincing at the amount of energy in her dagger. The wraith heads spewed fire and ice, forcing her to use the ground to protect herself. The earth shattered upon impact as more fire and ice spewed down on where Olivia was. Olivia ran diverting her attention onto the Deimon who was punching Lee Seng.
Lee Seng did nothing but block the attack, feeling the effects of flame and ice eat him as they slid to a stop in the street.
'Lee!' Olivia telepathically shouted. 'I'm ready!' She stopped, waiting for him to move. Lee Seng grunted and pushed the Deimon off, feeling the flames burn his wrists. He swung a punch at the Deimon, stunning him for a split second.
'Now! Do it now!' Lee Seng shouted.
'But you're—'
'Just do it!'
Olivia gritted her teeth and dashed forward. Everything she was about to do was extremely experimental. If it weren't for Lily's father, Fan'r, she wouldn't have even thought about trying this with her new ability.
'Gather energy from around you. It's easier when there's remnants.' Olivia thought as she ran. 'Put it all in one point and like the Recombination: Paradise, let it out through a single point.' She jumped onto a car, drawing the attention of the Deimon.
"You want some even with those wraiths after you?" The Deimon smirked. Flame and ice began to fly out of his mouth as the wraiths honed in on Olivia. "Stupid Biohuman! You're embracing death at this rate!" Fire and ice began to fly straight for Olivia. Her body began to stop when Lee Seng's voice cut through.
"Keep going!" Lee Seng shouted. The attack immediately stopped as four loud explosions were heard behind Olivia. Golden lights twinkled all around them as Olivia leapt into the air and plunged the dagger into his head. A bright light exploded as fire, ice, and earth entered the Deimon's body. The explosion pushed Olivia into the air while pinning Lee Seng onto the ground.
Lee Seng grunted as his mind raced. He needed to save Olivia! His body shimmered, blinking into the air as Olivia slammed into him. A bright golden orb wrapped around them as they bounced and flew backwards. A large beam of ice, fire and earth flew into the air, shaking the city.
Lee Seng and Olivia groaned as the ball hit the railing. The railing creaked as the golden sphere was pushed into it. The pressure died, alleviating them from going further. Lee Seng clutched Olivia and felt the immense pressure of his Negative. He had come off of the Gate Flood.
"Is it… over?" Olivia asked. She tried to peel Lee Seng's hands off of her but felt his heavy weight on her. "Y-you're Negative… It's — ah." She squeezed her eyes shut. A large migraine had come for her and now she was succumbing to her Negative.
"Are you… okay?" Lee Seng asked.
"Negative." Olivia responded. If Lee Seng could nod, he would've.
"S-sorry… I can't…"
"Negative. I got it. It's… fine…!" Olivia groaned a bit. Lee Seng released some of his healing light..
"H-hey… Hopefully this could help."
Olivia smiled through the pain. Lee Seng was in a much worse situation then her, but he was still worrying about her. The two stared at the sky. It was blue with spots of clouds. The city was quiet. Something that never happened.
'Everyone must be hiding.' Lee Seng thought. 'I hope they're okay.'
"Ahahaha!" The fiery Deimon shrieked. "You think something like that would kill me?"
'Crap, I can't move.' Olivia and Lee Seng thought at the same time. The Deimon landed fifteen feet away. The ground melted as a wave of ice flew outwards, freezing everything. The ice ignited as Olivia tried to wiggle her way out of Lee Seng's grasp.
"Lookie here! The stupid Biohumans who thought they could actually get me! Such a shame! Such a shame! Now you'll die together!" The fiery Deimon rushed forward, conjuring an icicle spear. The end ignited as he pierced the shield, shattering it. He pulled backwards and smiled. "You'll be delicious!" He swung the icicle spear downwards as a blast of water pushed the Deimon away.
The Deimon rolled away, landing on his feet as his body hissed with steam. He looked to his right to see a hooded figure standing with water floating around him. The Deimon's eyes narrowed as he snarled.
"Who are you? What're you doing here? This is mine!" The Deimon screamed. He rushed forward and the hooded figure moved to match him. The hooded figure's arms flew outwards, directing the water straight for the Deimon, who slashed it with his icicle spear. Steam exploded as the Deimon continued to slash at it.
The hooded figure jumped forward, sliding to a stop and moving their arms from their chest downwards in a dip before coming back up at full arm extension. Large amounts of water flew outwards, spilling the streets and hitting the Deimon. The hooded figure pulled their hands in a counter-clockwise motion, wrapping the water around the Deimon before squeezing their hands together. The water began to steam and freeze as the Deimon tried to break out. The ball of water began to form icicles as the hooded figure released their joined hands and pushed out at the Deimon.
The Deimon felt the waters shake violently inside. It crushed him with the immense pressure. His bones snapped, crushing to bits as the hooded figure watched the Deimon's mouth open from the thin veil of ice and water.
[Deimon has been destroyed! 50,000 souls have been added to the Golden Protocol! 394,754/1,000,000]
Lee Seng and Olivia could feel eyes on them. The sound of water made them think it was Keng, but Keng didn't speak. The hooded figure pulled their hood off. A dark tanned man with green eyes and black hair stepped into view.
"So I was right. It was you two." Victor smiled at Lee Seng and Olivia. "I was wondering why it was so loud. You decided to trip their trap."
