Lie Ruge almost burst out laughing when she saw her cousin's haughty attitude.

" What makes you think that you will win her?", Yi Lan who was silently listening to their conversation asked sternly.

" I don't know about any other thing but if there is anything, I am better than Ge'er that is fighting. I have been secretly learning martial arts from one of the most outstanding masters for the past three years, I am not a pushover when it comes to handling a sword and dagger", Lie Changle replied confidently as she smiled happily.

" Ok sure why don't we go outside where there is enough space and brightness. I have never back down from a challenge so come on let's go", Lie Ruge said as she stood up from her seat and walked downstairs to meet them. The men dragged them to the exit while Yi Lan and Lie Ruge followed behind. Lie Ruge was surprised to see that it was already sunset when they went out, she took her stance while Changle did the same.

" Take this, I'm afraid that you might end up hurting yourself if I were to give you daggers", Lie Ruge said as she threw two swords over to Lie Changle.

" This is not a situation for you to worry about someone. If you have time to waste on worrying about someone else why don't you use it to say your last prayer before it will be too late for you to do so", Lie Changle said arrogantly.

" Lie Changle, I'm still asking you about this, are you sure you want to do this? You can walk out here alive because I decided to pardon you but I'm certain you won't be able to save yourself when this ridiculous competition starts so think twice about this", Lie Ruge said. It's wasn't like she wanted to pardon Lie Changle, but she would have kept her words if Changle had accepted her condition, but she knew very well that her prideful cousin will not accept her terms that was why she had given her those awesome conditions, but she didn't guess in her wildest dream that her cousin would choose to challenge her instead of her to walk out of there alive.

" Won't you start the competition or are you going to keep on spewing nonsense all day?", Lie Changle asked sternly as she attempted to attack Lie Ruge but Lie Ruge's words stop her in her track immediately.

" Ok, since you still insist. The rule is that you have fifty moves, if you injure me with one out of those fifty moves then you will be the winner but if you can't hurt me after those fifty moves then you automatically become the loser and like you said the winner will not show the loser any iota of mercy. Your life will automatically be in my hands if you lose the game", Lie Ruge said sternly.

" Fifty moves?", Lie Changle shouted in surprise.

" Isn't fifty moves fair enough or do you want me to increase it to sixty or eighty moves?", Lie Ruge asked ready to grant her cousin her last wish.

" Ge'er, are you looking down on me? How could you say you want to give me fifty moves? I just need at least five moves to get rid of you forever so let's go with five moves", Lie Changle said with a haughty attitude as she gave Lie Ruge a mean glare.

" No, no, no I disagree with you on that, everybody here will say that it is unfair if I give an amateur like you just five moves so let's go with thirty moves. Every attack you throw at me counts so calculate wisely before you launch an attack on me alright?", Lie Ruge said as she held the sword firmly with her right hand.

" You don't have to pretend as though you care, I know that you are just waiting patiently for me to lose so that you will kill me savagely but sorry Ge'er, I won't give you the pleasure to be the winner", Lie Changle said coldly as she launched an attack at Lie Ruge with her double swords suddenly taking everyone by surprise but Lie Ruge dodged the attack by jumping up immediately. Lie Changle attacks were fierce and powerful, she was so surprised when she saw how good Lie Ruge was, she was even more surprised when she couldn't even get closer to Lie Ruge at her fifteen moves not to talk about injuring her.

" Stop this your darn tricks and attack me too. Are you pitying me by only dodging my attacks? I will not hesitate to kill you when the opportunity arises so stop acting nicely in the presence of everyone because I know just how wicked you are", Lie Changle shouted angrily as she launched a powerful attack on Lie Ruge but Lie bent down flexibly and dodged the attack. She quickly jumped up before Changle could seize the opportunity to attack her again.

Why should I pity you when you were the one who suggested this ridiculous competition? I am just waiting for you to exhaust your thirty moves before I start mine", Lie Ruge said annoyingly as she kicked Lie Changle at her tummy, she landed close to her mum who was now crying when she saw that her daughter was at the losing end.
