Chapter 37: 37 : Big Deal [ Bonus Chapter ]

Inside the office, Felix sat on the chair behind the desk with a pensive expression on his face. After opening the restaurant and welcoming some guests, he assigned tasks to Trinity and the others.

He and Nixie would take care of the third floor, Trinity and Gwendolyn the second floor, and Zephyr and Brixton the first floor.

Because the third floor was exclusive and expensive, so customers rarely visited.

The food here was pricey. Felix had left the third floor for Nixie to manage when a waiter informed him that someone wanted to meet him there.

" I hope this is not one of those arrogant and pretentious young masters " Felix sigh and shook his head.

Just then, there was a knock on the door, and Felix composed himself.

"Enter," he said softly. The waiter entered with a girl and Houston.

"Boss, this person wants to meet you," the waiter said, bowing to Felix.

"Thank you, you can go back to work," Felix replied with a smile.

" Ok boss "The waiter left, and Felix assessed the girl and Houston.

Felix sized up the girl in front of him, he was surprised, he a powerful aura emanating from the girl but he can decern her Mana Cultivation level especially Houston behind her, he gives him a dangerous feeling.

Felix face was solemn as he looked at both of them, he is sure that both of them were not to be triffle with and their background might be strong.

The girl smiled as she observed Felix. "Interesting," she remarked, her eyes flickering with curiosity.

Felix felt uneasy and uncomfortable under her gaze.

"Ahem.. I heard you wanted to see me?" Felix asked, clearing his throat.

" Hello, I'm Felix Morningstar. May I ask your name, Miss? Felix took a deep breath and flashed a gentle and professional smile.

The girl smiled back, "My name is Seraphine Netherfrost, but you can call me Seraphine."

Felix nodded, "Well, Miss Seraphine, I heard you wanted to see me."

"Mr. Felix aren't you going to ask us to sit down?" Seraphine asked with a smile.

Felix was momentarily stunned, but quickly regained his composure.

"Miss Seraphine, when will the banquet be held and how many people will be invited?" Felix inquired.

After a moment of consideration, Seraphine replied, "The banquet will take place in three days. As for the number of guests, I am unsure, but I am certain that it will not exceed one hundred people." Felix nodded as they delved into the specifics.

Felix was secretly thrilled, as he had not anticipated such a significant opportunity. The reputation of a high-end restaurant is crucial, as most businesses rely heavily on it to attract customers. If he could execute the event flawlessly, his restaurant would undoubtedly flourish.

The Young Masters and Misses from the Noble Families of Bridgemoor City would be in attendance, and if the restaurant left a lasting impression on them, its reputation would be solidified.

After a few minutes of discussion, Felix said, "I have taken note of all your requirements, Miss Seraphine."

"Thank you, Mr. Felix," Seraphine replied with a smile.

Felix hesitated, "Miss Seraphine, while we can meet your requirements, I believe the price..."

Seraphine shook her head, "Do not worry about the price, Mr. Felix. You can calculate the total cost after the banquet."

"Understood, Miss Seraphine," Felix said with a smile.

" Ok Miss Seraphine " Felix smiled.

" Well then Mr. Felix I'll be heading back " Seraphine stood up with a smile.

" Ok, then let me see you off " Felix stood up and opened the door for her.

They descended in the exclusive wooden elevator to the first floor and exited the restaurant.

A valet brought Seraphine's carriage to her.

" Well then Mr. Felix see you soon "

Seraphine lightly waved her hand and got into the carriage.

"Take care on the road, Miss Seraphine. I look forward to seeing you soon," Felix smile.

Inside the carriage Seraphine chuckled slightly," What an interesting and unsual guy ".

" Hmm..Netherfrost, were have I heard that name " Felix narrowed his eyes as he looked at the receding back of the carriage.
