There were only three of them visiting the office of the private jet dealership, Juliet, Bridget, and Michael. Michael's mom was still resting, while Antoinette had some business matters back in the Philippines that required her attention.
"What's the name of the private jet dealership we are going to?" Michael asked.
"The name is called the Private Jet Business," Bridget answered. "You must have been familiar with it as they occasionally create Tiktok and Facebook reels about how to sell private jets so that people can learn the idea about how the jet business works."
Michael nodded, recalling a few of those viral videos. "Yeah, I remember seeing some of their reels. They have a pretty solid marketing strategy. I guess that explains why they've stayed in business so long."
Juliet chimed in, "Their showroom is supposed to be impressive. With interactive wall screens that have contents about the jet's range, price, capacity, cost of ownership, and more, it's easy to see why their dealership is popular among those interested in private jets."
Michael seemed intrigued. "Interactive wall screens? Yeah, I remembered watching that one before...to think that I'd be able to see it for real, it's just, I can't describe."
The car pulled up to the front of the Private Jet Business office, and Carter turned to Michael.
"We've arrived, Mr. Reyes. Let me know when you're ready to head inside."
Michael glanced out the window, taking in the sleek and modern facade of the dealership. The building was designed with large glass panels that offered a clear view of the office inside. He noted the large interactive screen that Bridget had been referring to, and the one he recalled. It was this place.
"Looks impressive," Michael remarked.
Juliet and Bridget exchanged glances, both seemingly impressed by the building's design. "It has a very upscale feel," Juliet commented. "Definitely makes a statement."
"Ms. von Reimann, it's a pleasure to see you again," Collins rose to his feet and exchanged a friendly hug with Bridget. "Are you here to buy a new jet?"
"No not for me, it's for my partner, Mr. Reyes. I'm sure you have heard of him?"
"Ah..." Collins glanced at Reyes, who smiled at him. "I know you, you are a revolutionary inventor that won Nobel Prizes. And I also heard from you that you were shot."
"Yeah...It was all me," Michael said with a small shrug, trying to play it down. "It's good to meet you, Mr. Collins. I'm interested in purchasing a jet, but I want to get a feel for what's available and the process involved."
Collins nodded, gesturing for them to take a seat in the office. "Of course. We have a wide range of jets to choose from, depending on your needs. Is this your first time buying your jet?"
"Yeah...it is my first time, and it's going to be one of my expensive investments," Michael replied, taking a seat.
"We are going to make your investment worth it," Collins said, taking his seat as well. "As you are aware, most elite businessmen and businesswomen have their own private jets to get them from point A to point B so they can conduct their business. It seems that your company is going international given the revolutionary impact of your invention."
"Yeah...since this is my first time, I want you to walk me through it," Michael continued, gesturing toward Collins. "I need to understand the process of purchasing a jet, including the costs involved and what to expect during the ownership. What should I consider when choosing a private jet?"
Collins leaned forward, clasping his hands on the desk. Well. When purchasing a private jet, there are several factors to consider. First, you should think about your travel needs. Are you looking for short-haul flights or long-range trips? How many people will typically travel with you?
How many bags? We have a long list of planes and our interactive screen will display all aircraft that meet your needs. Shall we get started?"
"Let's get on with it," Michael said.
