The situation was dire. Thanos had the Reality Stone now, along with Power and Space. Gamora now knew that the Space Stone had been taken from the refugees of Asgard, thanks to what Thor had been able to tell them after they'd answered the distress call from the Statesman only to find the ship had already been destroyed by Thanos.
Thor had filled in the gaps even further, telling them something they really should have already heard about... that Xandar had been decimated the week before, and Thanos had taken the Power Stone during the conquest. In hindsight, Gamora wondered if they'd been foolish to leave the Orb in the hands of the Nova Corps.
But for all that they had been given such a vaunted title as 'Guardians of the Galaxy', it was sillier than it was serious, it was more a joke than anything that actually meant... anything. They weren't the Guardians of the Galaxy, not truly. They were just a band of misfits who were in the wrong places at the right times to do some good, first with Xandar and Ronan the Accuser, and then with Ego and his entire scheme to turn the galaxy into... more of himself or whatever.
That hadn't stopped them from answering the call, as strange as it was for the call to come from an Asgardian King of all places. Rocket and Groot had accompanied Thor to some place called Nidavellir, while Gamora and the others had raced to Knowhere in an attempt at getting the Reality Stone from the Collector before Thanos could.
They'd failed, obviously, or else she wouldn't be here now, in the heart of Thanos' power, sitting on the steps right beneath his vacant throne. Not for the first time, Gamora considers how best to kill herself. She knows there's only one reason she's still alive at this point, and that's because of the knowledge in her mind. Knowledge that Thanos could never have, knowledge that needed to die with her.
And yet, she'd been disarmed so easily, and was now under watch twenty-four-seven. Thanos might not be in sight right now, but that didn't mean there weren't eyes on her, or that he wasn't already lurking somewhere close by, watching her. If she could get a blade, she knew half a dozen ways to end her life in a single moment... but in half that time, Thanos could use the Reality Stone to preserve her life, as he'd done twice back on Knowhere.
In hindsight, she appreciated both Peter's hesitation, and his eventual willingness to fire. But then, in hindsight she now knew that they were doomed the moment that they went to Knowhere. She should have been smarter. It was her fault, in the end. Rather than chase after the Reality Stone, she should have had the Guardians take her as far away as possible, to protect the Soul Stone.
But then, by that point, Thanos already had Power and Space. Combine those two with Reality, and was there anywhere in the universe that they could have hidden her? Pressing her lips together, Gamora looks down into her hands and shakes her head. No... it would have been better to slit her own throat the moment that Thor told them Thanos' plans.
Unfortunately, she'd grown soft. She'd let herself find reasons to live in the people she'd come to actually love. She wouldn't change a minute of it, not for anything... but Gamora still felt a little bit of self-hatred for being so utterly... weak. Of course, before she can wallow any more in her own self-loathing, HE appears. The monster who would call himself her 'father'.
As Thanos approaches, Gamora's eyes flicker first to the gauntlet, with its three shining gemstones, and then to his other hand, cradling a bowl of some sort of paste close to his chest. She stands and faces him as he closes in on her, and in response, he holds out the bowl to her.
"I thought you might be hungry."
As Gamora accepts the bowl, staring down into it's depths for a moment, she feels... fury. It overcomes her fear, and when she looks up into the face of her so-called father, it's with the utter disdain of a woman who's grown up and realized who her true family is. Whirling about, Gamora throws the bowl and its contents against the throne behind her with all her might, shattering and splattering both over the heavy seat.
As she stares at it, breathing slightly more heavily than before, Gamora finds herself speaking without really thinking, her filter taking a vacation in the face of how much anger and hatred and disgust this entire situation provoked in her.
"I always hated that chair."
Rather than punish her for her impudence, Thanos just hums, even as he steps up beside her.
"So, I've been told."
Gamora can't really believe that they're doing this right now. Is this Thanos' big play? He thinks that he can just have a talk with her, and she'll tell him where the Soul Stone is? Well fine, if Thanos wants to let her talk, she'll fucking talk. The green-skinned woman's upper lip curls into a sneer, and she prepares to unleash all of her pent up feelings, to get it all out into the open... but before she can do so, there's a sudden explosion, and both Gamora and Thanos whip around as something... nay, someone flies into the room, glowing with power.
"Thanos! I'm here to stop you! This ends NOW!"
Gamora recognizes the woman immediately. Not from meeting her previously, they've never laid eyes upon each other before today... but she knows well enough who this Terran with blonde hair and eyes glowing with power must be. Captain Marvel had been a force present in the galaxy for a few decades now, in fact, flying around, putting out one fire at a time, as Gamora had heard it described.
It was said that it was thanks to Captain Marvel that Nova Prime had been able to force the Kree into a peace treaty, that her power had been instrumental in stopping the thousand years of carnage and bloodshed... though the woman hadn't been anywhere to be seen when Ronan had acquired the Power Stone and turned his sights on Xandar with the intentions of obliterating it wholesale. Off somewhere else, most likely, putting out another fucking fire.
"You... I've heard about you. The one who calls herself Captain Marvel. I'm surprised our paths haven't crossed before now. I assumed you understood why I did what I did. The only difference between us is one of scale."
Thanos is of course, as calm and collected as ever. And yet, Gamora begins to feel a sort of nervous energy anyways. It reminds her of each and every time she defeated her sister in combat or in challenge, of those moments when Thanos would speak, not in anger, but in disappointment, ordering Nebula to report to have another piece of her replaced with cybernetics while Gamora was forced to stand aside and watch, unable to do anything else.
It felt like that, right now. What could she do, as Captain Marvel slowly floated closer, her hands curled into glowing fists and her jaw clenching in rage.
"I don't kill innocent people. And the reason our paths haven't crossed before now is because you've been avoiding me. Or did you think I hadn't noticed? You're scared of me. As you should be."
Gamora blinks dumbly and looks to her so-called 'father' in wonder. Was that true? Was the blonde Terran right? The corner of Thanos' mouth quirks up, and in that moment Gamora knows in her heart that it doesn't matter. If Thanos WAS afraid of Captain Marvel before, he certainly wasn't going to be now, not with three infinity stones at his command.
Flinging herself between Thanos and the floating woman, Gamora throws out a hand, trying to ward her away.
"You cannot beat him! Run! Flee and find a way to stop him from acquiring the rest of the stones! Get help, please!"
Carol can't do anything to stop it. She can't do anything to stop the hulking gray alien from thrusting up into her cunt again and again, bruising and tearing it and slowly killing her, right then and there. His member fills her like nothing ever has. None of the toys she's ever used in moments of loneliness could have prepared her for this, be it the size, or the ferocity, or the sheer savage brutality that Thanos' child is visiting upon her.
Cull fucks her for what feels like an eternity, but might have only been a dozen minutes, before he lets out a shout and then pulls out of her, his seed spraying all over her face and tits and the entire front of her body rather than into her cunt. Honestly, Carol is grateful for that. She's not sure she could have survived him cumming inside of her.
But her trials have just begun, because even if he's tired of her... that doesn't mean he's the only one that wants a piece of her. Tossing her to the ground behind him with nothing but contempt running through every line of his form, the hulking alien points down at her... and the Outriders that she'd killed so many of on her way in descend. There's only a half a dozen or so of them at this point, whereas Carol remembered fighting dozens upon dozens, if not hundreds of the creatures during her entry.
She's not powerful anymore though. Six is more than enough to pin her down and hold her in place, each of them wielding four large arms against her as the first lines up and thrusts into her bruised, torn cunt as hard as it can. Carol screams, only to be silenced as another looming over her shoves his phallus right down her throat. It hurts, as if he's outright dislocated her jaw, and all Carol can do is struggle ineffectually.
They're so much stronger than her, so much... so much better than her. Tears stream down the defeated blonde's face as she's raped in both ends, as she's fucked in her throat and her cunt like she's not worth anything more than this, as if she's just a collection of holes to be fucked and raped relentlessly and ruthlessly.
They fuck her, and then they finish inside and on her, and then they fuck her some more, Carol's entire world becoming nothing more than Outriders raping her in every orifice she has, fucking her nonstop, slamming into her cunt, her throat... and then into her ass as well, once they decide that they need to have three going at her at a time.
The Outriders that Cull Obsidian has brought with him do his father's bidding even better than he did, and this seems to irritate him, or maybe it arouses him, because eventually he forces his way in again, and skull-fucks Carol into temporary unconsciousness, even as she's being double-penetrated in her cunt and ass at the same time.
She comes too again quickly enough though, and her humiliation, degradation, and utter debasement continues the same as before, no pause, no hesitation, and certainly no mercy. She's powerless, utterly powerless, and she's at the mercy of her extremely male captors as they rape her as long as they like. Only now does the human woman realize how wrong she was to try to come after Thanos alone. The Zehoberei had been right. Gamora had been right to try to warn her off.
Carol hadn't listened... and now this was her fate. Depowered and relentlessly raped by alien beasts who had no care for her health or continued well-being. They were killing her, slowly but surely, she was sure of it. She was going to die... she was... she was going to die. In that moment, stripped of all that made her Captain Marvel, hell, stripped of everything she'd tied her identity as Carol Danvers to over the decades... Carol snaps. She breaks, more succinctly, and in breaking, she begins to participate in her own gangrape.
Perhaps if she proves more willing, they won't hurt her so much. Perhaps if she helps them along, they won't have to be so rough with her. Maybe... maybe if she lets herself enjoy it, she won't be in quite as much pain. Slowly, as Carol Danvers breaks and shatters into a million pieces, what's left behind is a blonde cum dump, eager to take cocks and show that she's willing to work with her rapists, to show that they don't have to force her to do anything... that she's willing to do it all, if only to make the pain stop.
It's in that moment that Captain Marvel truly dies. Because after all... her powers had never left in the first place.

"What... what did you do to her?"
Gamora stares at the slack face of the woman she knows only as Captain Marvel in horror, but also something akin to curiosity. She's not sure she really wants to know, but the way that Thanos had ended the fight before it even begun, the glow of the red Reality Stone in his gauntlet making it obvious he'd done something to the blonde Terran... Gamora couldn't help but wonder.
Captain Marvel had ignored her warning, and charged Thanos all the same, even as he'd pushed Gamora out of the way and stepped forward to meet her. Thanos had caught the blonde's small hand in his gauntleted fist... and then it'd been over, just like that. The glow of energy coming off of Captain Marvel had died away, and when Gamora had circled around Thanos to see what was going on, it was to find him holding the fist of the suddenly listless and slack-jawed woman.
Thanos had released her, and stepped back, but Captain Marvel had remained where she was, her eyes wide and glassy and her face blank... until the tears started to fall, and she fell to her knees, slumping down, looking utterly defeated. The fear and horror in the Terran's eyes... Gamora could only imagine what she must be experiencing under the effects of the Reality Stone, because that was obviously what Thanos had used, given the red gemstone was still glowing so very brightly.
Still, the Mad Titan had yet to answer Gamora's question, and remembering how he was being so nice and lovey dovey before, Gamora whirls on him, letting her anger overcome her fear as she growls at him.
"What did you do to her?!"
Thanos hums, and then shakes his head.
"I merely showed her, her worst nightmare. If that was enough to break her, then she never stood a chance against me in the first place, power or no power. But enough about her."
The glow of the Reality Stone dies down and Gamora looks back to see the moment that Captain Marvel's eyes roll back in her head and she passes out on the spot, slumping fully down to the floor and just lying there, unconscious. A moment later, she begins to rise again, but it's obvious that she's not flying under her own power. No, instead Ebony Maw comes out of the shadows, floating with his telekinesis and holding a hand aloft as he lifts the unconscious blonde up into the air beside him.
Thanos nods to his 'son' and Ebony Maw inclines his head in acknowledgement and respect before departing with the unconscious Terran without another word. Gamora watches them go, her face twisted into too many emotions for her to properly even begin to untangle. She hated leaving the Terran in the hands of one of her 'brothers', knowing full well what sort of being Ebony Maw was... but she also knew she had no power here, certainly less than Captain Marvel did when she came in all foolhardy, guns blazing.
"I can see that you aren't going to respond to overtures to return to my side, Gamora. Unfortunate, but not unexpected. Come along, my daughter. There's something I want to show you."
Knowing she has no choice, Gamora follows Thanos out of the throne room area, but not without glancing back in the direction that Captain Marvel's unconscious, broken form had disappeared into a couple of times. Of course, soon after that she finds out Thanos has Nebula, and all thoughts of the foolish, idiotic blonde Terran are wiped away as she finds herself having to focus on saving her sister instead.
If Captain Marvel wanted to be an idiot, than let her. Gamora didn't have time to save the blonde bimbo, not when the entire fucking galaxy was at stake.
