Chapter 257 - Accident Prone Area

Baronette's nerve was getting stiff from overboard these last five years. When for the first time she learned of her return, she was ecstatic. This time, since she's back, she ought to greet her, right? 

A chilling smile flashed across her face, influencing the temperature inside the bathroom to turn cold. When she felt the chill caused by herself, Baronette stood up and get dressed. Then, with a whistle that she called upon, a shadow of a person stood in front of her.

"Speak."

She reverted to her man's voice. The sound was deep and low, yet the person trembled in front of her.

"Master, this lowly person has been tailing her recently and didn't get traced. Lurking on the shadows, it seemed that woman didn't get stronger the way you thought her to be. In this case, this servant is asking for permission to conduct a full-scale attack unto the woman."

A smirk appeared on her face: Can't wait to get back to her? People really are the lowliest and the dumbest creature in this world.

"Audacious! Don't dare to make a move unless I stipulated. You haven't known her well. You won't know her true strength until she let it herself go wild. It might be what you don't see at all."

Xiang MoMo bit her lips. "This servant disciple is truly in the wrong. This disciple is far ahead of the master's way of thinking. As a result, disciple will submerge her two hands in boiling water as punishment for not thinking things through."

"It's good that you know how to deal with yourself. Go! Just don't delay this person."

Xiang Momo withdrew, and in an instant, her figure disappeared in front of her.

When she was alone this time, Baronette took out her phone and dialed someone's number. It didn't take time until the other end answered it in a hurry.

" Inette? "

"Uhm. Where are you right now?" Her voice reverted from her original tone. High pitch and bitchy.

"I'm at the company. Why?"

" You see, I won a raffle ticket: a free tourist pass for two. However, the place is in the highland museum in archaic residence. It seems quite a long journey to go there, so maybe I'll be gone for two or three days."

" I see. Who are you going with?"

Baronette answered in a depressed tone.

" This poor self is going alone. Don't worry Ming'er I'll be alright. I can't just waste these freebies of the tour since I got two of it."

Su Ming seemed to think. Then she replied abruptly. "If you want, I can go with you. The company affairs are already stable and once in a while, I need to take a break. Would it be all right if I tag along?"

This time, her smile widened, " Will you? Thank you! It's too lonely to go alone. You'll love it, Ming! The museum is a once in a blue moon to get into! If we have time, we could take a look at the archaic residence near it. It'll be an interesting experience." 

Su Ming almost laughs at Innete's childish show of excitement. She must really find that place amazing.

"Alright. Then it settles it!

"Get me the spare of brushes. Ling Mo's face is sensitive, he won't use any face brushes with a different brand."

" Its not that. The one on the upper drawer. Quick, give it to me."

Su Ci Yi didn't answer but turn and swiftly fetch the soft brushes that her artist was using.

The one doing the demanding request is Lia.

Su Ci Yi had been going to and forth for the entire morning from the set going to their base. 

The scenario isn't only limited on their first scene and rather they needed to transfer to various locations around the area just to enact the plot.

Right now, they occupied the foot of a small mountain. It was still part of the ancient residence that the director had rented for the drama.

At the foot of the mountain stood the guard house going to the *Thousand Bloom Sect. Temporarily Ling Mo's character was recuperating once he had been found out with a severe chest wound. 

The scenario was only introducing the characters as well as the cultivation setting of the world, up to Ling Mo's character and position on this place and hence, a lot of necessities, make up resetting and background props are needed in order to satiate the same mood.

Exceptionally, the set already oozed a historical setting that Su Ci Yi had become sentimental just watching. Although at some point these were all fake, but the ambiance of the place sets truly deserved to be called the cultivation world. How she missed so much of her own sect!

As she was dawdling, fully reminiscing about her past and immersed in her own world, from above, a falling object swept across Su Ci Yi's head.

In an abrupt stance, Su Ci Yi swiftly stepped back and the whole person fall just right in front of her.

Soon there was a loud gasp and shrilled voices, appalled by what just had happened.

Looking at the direction where it came from, it seemed it was just a pure accident. 

An extension wire was directly put into the waist of cultivators and suspended them on their air. Prior on the accident, the wire that cultivator used snapped out, directly sending her on the ground.

That person was still lucky. The height of the fall wasn't that life threatening, and she only took a mild broken arm. However, this will immensely affect her character.

The girl's character wasn't that of an extra but set to be a cannon fodder who will end up dying for the protagonist ( Ling Mo) in the end.

The whole set was in disarray.

The director got angry, cursed the stuntmen and crew in charge of the suspending wire for not checking. In this regard, the shoot was pushed after a few hours.

The search for the character of that person is extremely on their first priority.

In the end, the director decided to pick a random person on the set, which had the same build as the actress since her costume was already made.

The character should be introverted and reserved. Someone that will hold her feelings for the whole time until she made her sacrifice for the female lead and male lead's love. Someone that isn't too catchy and has a proud bearing personality.

In the whole cast, only one person has this kind of temperament. Added to the fact that she was the same weight and height of the actress.

However, someone presented herself before they even made their conclusion.

Lia stepped up. She too has the same body weight with the person who had just fall. She's familiar with the acting, and her facial expressions were on the spot. The role is perfect for her.
