Chapter 85 The Strange Gaia

85 The Strange Gaia

A multitude of students slowly moved out of the interdimensional combat department class.

Zeras cracked his neck as he felt his head would once again burst from the amount of information given to them in the class.

The students were done with their classes at around 2 PM and would be free to do anything apart from that the whole day although the majority prefer to spend it playing the EIA gods battle.

Zeras slowly brought out his watch as he sent a notification to Quinn.

<Where are you, man?>

"I don't know when he'll respond..." Zeras muttered but a notification immediately appeared in front of him surprising him a little. Follow current novels at novelhall.com)

'He responded so fast?"

<Quinn Voidspace>

<Just finished the Operation Combat Class. Why?> Unlike him, Quinn chose to go for the Operation Combat Class instead, even though he already told Zeras that before they even entered the EIA.

<Just wanted to ask a question or two from you> Zeras tapped in.

<Quinn Voidspace>

<Well, I'm more than free right now, how about we meet in the special place, I'm on my way too right now...>

<On it...> Zeras sent back as he slowly moved toward the direction of the Cafeteria.

"This is the first time I've seen you sent a notification. Probably the first time you sent a message to anyone at all. Isn't your life a little boring?" Quinn asked as he looked at Zeras who continuously dipped food in his mouth, savoring the taste of the Trawl.

"I said I have a question..." Zeras immediately snapped stopping Quinn and his nonsense again.

"Ok, OK, at least I tried... What do you want to ask?" Quinn said as he finally got serious again. "I wanted to ask about a girl on the top ten rankings. Her name is Gaia Shiron..."

"Oh, you mean that training maniac?" Quinn said as he looked at Zeras in shock.

"Um, Zeras, it's incredibly sad to say but if you have any, um, thinking about her. I'll advise you to drop it real quick as your chance of winning her heart is Zero. All the boys already tried wooing her due to her beauty and also her strength but she had an incredibly strange lifestyle. Making everyone, even the female students also ignore her..." Quinn said sadly

"Oh, what is it?" Zeras asked curiously.

"Once she appears in the morning at the drills, and goes to her World Research Class, then all her remaining time till midnight, is spent in the training hall... She trains with 2.9/3 of her total time..." Quinn said deeply confused by the girl himself.

"That's... That's strange..." Zera too replied.

"It is. She's not on the EIA gods Battle, she doesn't come to the cafeteria. She doesn't go to the Minor training area to spend her time at the games. She just goes to class then to the training hall and then back to her dorm room. She never speaks to anyone, she has never been seen walking with another person. She never speaks at all and never chats, she had never been caught smiling...

Just the same monotone lifestyle every single day and she has never failed a a day of training, EVER, since her first time in the EIA. Everyone calls her the Battle Maniac..." Quinn said as he laughed. Even he found Gaia amusing when he saw her although he never for once chatted with her.

Zera's eyebrows furrowed as he looked at that. He never thought she was like that when he saw her the first time. Even though she never said more than a few words to Zeras himself...

"So you mean, she's in the training hall right now?" "Yeah, without fail... Is there something wrong with you two or... I hear she's very strong. But you can always call me if there's something wrong..." Quinn replied.

"It's nothing, I just wanted to thank her, I'll be going Quinn..."

"No problem, I have to back to The EIA VR game too. See you later bro..." Quinn said as he stood up and slowly headed outside.

Zeras took a deep breath in as he slowly headed outside tij in the direction of the Training Hall, although he made sure to finish the plate before doing that.
