If the Empress Dowager Devania knew of Draco's Actions and the truth, would she ask Draco about them? Or just remain content with what happened and enjoy her life with a part of Draco for... Eternity?
Unfortunately, Such a thing couldn't happen, there were some questions that just needed answers.
The Empress who was sleeping soundly on her bed got up slowly and approached David who was on the balcony and stood by his side.
David looked at her kindly and sweetly.
"You woke up? How are you feeling, well?"
The Empress looked at him for a second, trying to act serious and calm but she couldn't and barely managed to hide a blush and look down.
"Mhm." She replied.
"Good." David said before looking out of the Balcony once again.
"The City is beautiful today." He said.
"It was always." She replied as she looked at it herself.
"Is there something you would like to know, Devania?" David, still looking out of the balcony, asked.
Devania looked at him and after a period of silence, she asked.
"Why did you do it?"
"Why did I do what?" he said still not looking.
"Don't act like you have no clue when you clearly know and you even noticed it without me even asking... So tell me... Why? Why did you kill him?"
"Kill who, Devania? That's what I don't Understand. Who did I kill? No one died." David said calmly while enjoying the nice breeze of the wind.
"You... Very well! Let me say it this way. Who are you and why did you kill David?" asked the Empress slightly infuriated. Gone was the bashful Devania. The Demeanor of an extremely powerful being was nothing to scoff at and Draco felt this for the second time in this second life, and he had to say, He didn't like it one bit.
Finally turning to look at the serious Devania, Draco put his hands on her cheeks and said.
"David didn't die, Devania, He's right here with you, and will always be for Eternity, For he is a man I respect." was the last Draco ever said to Devania.
*Fshh*
Every last bit of dignity and Aura Devania had was melted by the words of Draco in a second as the demeanor, the way of speech, the aura, everything about David changed for a second to project the image of the man that managed to defeat him and tame her.
First of all, No! It wasn't heavily related to the Blessed's Power, it was more related to how difficult and how Grand that achievement was compared to the Stature and power of the Blessed.
How fast they grew was also an important factor as it was also counted as an achievement as being the first to reach a certain rank in a certain amount of time was a massive achievement in such a Massive World and even the entire Sea of Realms and Worlds out there.
When it came to Evolutions it wasn't actually known that it was such a heavy factor as everybody only ranked up to gain a job a rank above their own, since everybody wasn't Draco who had a System and [Devouring] which made him Light-Years stronger than any being 7 Ranks or Stages above his own.
Draco was indeed such a ridiculous example to compare him to others.
Normal people only had Techniques that were capable of making them stronger than those of their ranks up to a few ranks above their own, most of the time not exceeding one.
And normal people didn't have the ability to choose which Evolution to take and the way it worked was basically by choosing the higher-ranked version of their job which was chosen based on their personalities, strengths, affinities, and weaknesses.
In conclusion, this wasn't too grand of an achievement, until Draco and the Anomaly changed that. But, The Anomaly had no blessings from a Celestial for them to know of it.
The Conditions were actually a very underrated point when it came to Achievements.
As we've seen with Draco, Conditions were based on multiple things and the stronger you grow in a limited amount of time dictates what your first ever set of conditions will be like and if you manage to successfully clear those conditions and even ridiculously Beat them like with the case of Draco, the Conditions after that will be harder.
So if you have an obscene task to accomplish in order to evolve, successfully clearing it and in an Overpowering way acts not only as an Achievement but a Feat worthy of being written in Records Unknown to all.
Then was every feat one did count as an achievement, small feats such a defeating and killing animals also count as miniscule achievements and can also be regarded as a Source of power for Celestials but they weren't worth mentioning.
Lastly, Did one have to use the actual blessing given by the Celestial for it to count for him?
If a being was blessed by more than one Celestial they had to use their specific blessings for it to count for that Celestial.
However, If one accomplished Grand Achievements and not just small ones like killing random beings, It counts as a Source of Power for All Celestials no matter the case.
So what did this Source of Power do for Celestials?
When one becomes a Celestial they have power capable of Destroying entire worlds with a single thought or word, So for them to grow stronger is a ridiculous fact.
So how would such beings who acquired the complete power of a concept grow even further?
Indeed, it was by Achievements of their Blessed ones, One achievement after another, once a certain amount is reached a Celestial is able to Go up a Tier.
But, For the first few Tiers they still have to Bless beings and wait for Millions to Billions of years for their achievements to accumulate until they reach a Certain Rank where they need no further Achievements of other beings but their own.
And that's when they don't remain stationed in a single World or a few and actually start moving to accumulate Grand Feats of their own in the Vaster Sea Of Light-Years.
Now that the most important facts about Celestials became known... What would Draco achieve by Conquering the Empire and Evolving once again?
