These were the Evolution Paths Draco and every single one of them was Overpowered beyond belief and definitely ranked on the top of all races in existence of the Transcendental Rank.

3 Months have passed Since Draco Cleared his Evolution Conditions.
The Morning Shone strongly as it represented the start of a new day and the coming back of the Demon wreaking havoc all across the Humans' territory.
"We mutually agreed not to interfere with him. We cannot go back on our words now." A Celestial that was still calm through this ordeal said.
"It's not like we can do anything even if we wanted to. Portalia Recognized him too early. He's the first to be recognized as a Transcendent. Even that Child the Anomaly isn't recognized yet." yet another Celestial said, Speaking a little bit in detail about what happened to Draco.
indeed Recognition was a very special achievement given by Portalia's Will that didn't allow for any other Celestial's Intereference only approving of those already investing in the Recognized being before they are recognized.
The Conditions to be recognized are extremely hard to accomplish and only known to the Will of Portalia and nobody else;
The Anomaly had a chance to become recognized once he reached the Peak of the Transcendental Rank, meaning once he fully Fuses with Origin. And, he is guaranteed Recognition once he starts Filtering through Laws.
Draco, however, was far too awe-inspiring to not be able to get Portalia's Recognition after everything he has done while hiding from its Will.
Had it noticed him early he definitely wouldn't have reached where he was as fast or with as less incidents as presently.
What mattered was that Draco had gained recognition and now Celestials couldn't interfere with his life anymore, Including Fate himself.
The Celestials looked at each other in silence.
"Damned Bastard! At least do a good job if you're going to bless him." Suddenly a Celestial burst out.
He was talking about Fate and the job he has done in securing Draco as his Blessed One.
Everybody remained silent before one of them talked and concluded this last Assembly.
