Chapter 153: Fate Breaker!

Fate, who was chained for millions of years, broke out of his containment, surprising the group in front of him.

"Surprised? I have to thank you for this, Draco. If you weren't so amazing, I would be just a dummy for you to practice on; now I can at least cause you a challenge, or better, stop you once and for all, and take you in as my subordinate to get back on those bastards." Fate craccked his arms and necks as he spoke, his mood changing from happy-go-lucky to thoughtful, serious, and lastly to resentful.

"Well, it matters not for you, anyway, let's get going, young ones." He concluded, his hair and robe dancing with the air, his aura more oppressive than ever and his eyes blazing, as if he could see the intent of reality.

"Don't be making plans without my permission, old man." Draco summoned his spear, which was made out of chaos with colorful streaks mezmerizingly running through it.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm itching for a fight." Leona jumped twice and transformed her aura, which was more oppressive than ever before, to fight for supremacy against Draco's and Fate's.

"Let's get this done already; I miss my wives." Alexander spoke, releasing his aura.

While the army behind was clearing the Filthy, the trio faced the Celestial Fate for a final showdown that would get Draco one step closer towards his next Evolution.

The tension between the 4 was slowly rising, as out of all of them, the one who was most calm was Fate. He was just there, not moving or doing anything, to the point where the group started getting worried.

"Y-"

*BOOOM*

Before Leona could even voice out her thoughts, Fate appeared in front of her, catching her with his hands and dragging her all over the ground at speeds no one could understand.

Draco and Alexander looked behind them, not even knowing what happened.

'Well, shit, we messed up.' Alexander thought as the reality of their situation finally hit him.

They were fighting against a Celestial!

[Chaos Overload Barrage]

Draco spelled out, not planning on messing around in this fight.

[Unfated]

was the only word the duo heard, as the spell... failed to form.

[Rightful Origin: Stall]

Alexander called out as he planned on paralysing Fate.

"I see, those bastards have a hand in this." His chill expression changed to that of sorrow.

He finally knew the source of his unease.

They... wanted him dead.

*Clink Clank*

On Draco's hands, short dark blades that had some characters written in blood that read 'Fate Reapers' connected with a long golden, appeared.

They gave an intense feeling of murder and purpose, as if they had a will.

They danced and danced with Draco's experienced hands, which were spinning them around.

Fate, who was still in the air, balanced himself out and flew backwards as far away as he could to make some distance between him and Draco; however, even with him breaking out of his chains, he was still contained within the realm.

*Fwshhh*

Draco threw the blades at Fate and as if they had a mind of their own, they evaded any projectiles he threw at them and followed him around no matter how fast they went, their chains getting longer as they went.

*Clink Clack* *Swshhhh*

At one point, Fate couldn't escape his destiny anymore as the first blade roasted around him, holding him in place with his hands clasped to his sides, and the second blade came directly for his chest.

*SLASH* *Puff*

Fate spat blood as the blade pierced through his chest, leaving him no way to escape.

He looked up to glare at Draco, and with a bloody smile, his figure faded away.

"Did he die?" Alexander asked, his eyes expressing worry.

"No... That was just an illusion." Draco replied, still feeling Fate's presence somewhere around here, his [Fallen Fate] technique allowing him to know such a thing.

"As expected of you, Draco Valenstein." Fate's voice reverberated around the realm they were in, gaining the attention of the trio.

Leona, who huffing and puffing next to Alexander, fixed her posture as she used her senses to locate him.

"I didn't think you would see through my [Unfated] once more."
