Chapter 223: Divinity!

Many lives were lost in the battle, but similarly, many gains were obtained.

Draco for once managed to gain High Celestial Authorities, and through them, he could do wonder, one of them being returning Portalia to its former glory, making time once again run at the same ratio it did when Time wasn't imprisoned. Unfortunately, Chaos hasn't caught up to the High-Celestial rank for Draco to make it multiple times faster than Time's but, such a thing was getting closer.

There were many plans incoming, and one of the first things he had to do... Was to absorb Hestia.

"You're devouring Hestia?" Yapa asked while looking at Draco's outstretched hand.

"Just stand aside and watch." Draco replied.

{Painless} Draco spelled out. This was a skill he just made—a skill unlike any other. It was a death skill that guaranteed the death of anybody lower-ranked than the user, however, the way they died was comfortable and painless, something Draco had never done before.

The reason he did so was to devour Hestia.

"Now, now." After ensuring the death of everybody on the planet and the planet itself. Draco moved towards the construct that acted as the second barrier keeping the world from being devoured.

In but a few minutes... The tower was no more.

"And..." Draco smiled in anticipation. What he was going to try at this moment was something probably nobody but him thought of before.

{Rise}

Indeed... Draco was trying to summon an entire world.

*Fwshhhhh*

Dark swirls of summoning started to rise, reviving the dead citizens of Hestia, then the greenery, and then the entire world was cloned right in front of Draco's eyes.

The celestials and devas of Hestia were looking at each other in confusion. They wanted to talk, but they trusted their lord too much to raise their voices, and none of them were like Yapa to question everything.

It didn't take long for a copy of Hestia to rise above its former self. The dead Hestia, which was nothing but a dead rock on the endless expanse of space, had lost its greenery, and its vigor was never to be seen again.

Everybody looked at this scene in pain and sadness. They knew... they knew Hestia was back now, but seeing it lifeless in front of their eyes couldn't keep tears from flowing out of their eyes.

It was just sad to see a world die in front of you. Its history, its people, and its impact on the galaxy. All of that... gone.

Hestia was supposed to be the headquarters of his celestial organization, thus, it had to be extremely secure.

This gave Draco the chance he had been waiting for, and that was messing around with wordly phenomena to see what he could achieve by using them.

Before that, he had to do a quick little something.

When he had just summoned Hestia, the deva tree had something missing within it. The thing that made it special, the thing that made it so sought after.

Yes, it was the fruits. After Draco killed the original Hestia, the fruits all died, and when he summoned it again, they weren't there.

That is because the fruits are born using the power of divinity, and Draco by then didn't have it yet. Well now he did, and that meant more than just being the source of divinity in this case.

From the memories he got from Hestia, and the instructions the very phenomenon held, he could understand that the use of divinity was at the moment the best he had and needed.

He could link a world or even a small group of people and leach of them to gain divinity and being the celestial of an entire world and the owner of another, Draco could achieve more than Hestia ever could with divinity.

Thus, Draco did just that.

Concentrating a bit, Draco called the phenomenon deep within him and from then on proceeded to bring it out and, with smooth control, linked it with the new Hestia.

The second he did so...

*BOOOOM*

An explosion occurred in the place where Draco was, throwing everybody close to him countless miles away. The oppressive authority unleashed by Draco was something they've never felt before. In fact, they were lucky they even survived.

"W- what was that?" Yapa shouted.

"Get away from the lord. You might get hurt." Seeing the situation they were in, Light warned the group.

What happened at that moment was simply a surge of divinity that Draco received all at once by absorbing the belief of billions of beings living with Hestia.

Draco at this moment... was far stronger than he ever was.
