I was not enjoying myself, only tormenting myself, but in this moment of extreme pain, I thought of the man's gentle movements on that afternoon when I had made love to an unknown man.

"But now you're lying to me." He said, "Where did you go last night? I went to pick you up at Cheng Ya's home this morning, why aren't you there? She even said that you came home early, but Sister Guo said that she had never seen you before.

I stopped and turned to look at Cheng Ruojun.

Cheng Ruojun placed his hands on his knees, and said while smiling, "I like to see you naked."

"What if someone comes in?" I stood barefoot on the cold floor, cold from the soles of my feet to the top of my head.

"Then let him see." Cheng Ruojun said, "Your body is very beautiful."

I ignored Cheng Ruojun and decided to put on my clothes by myself since I had already suffered enough humiliation.

I had just put on my dress, and before I could zip it up, my body was suddenly pushed hard, and in the next second, my hair was grabbed, right into Cheng Ruojun's eyes, which were still smiling, and he said, "I just finished lecturing you, and you're already disobedient?"

I looked at Cheng Ruojun, and the grievances in my heart piled up even more. Why is it all my fault? Ye Hanqiu clearly stole my husband, why do I need to thank her? "Cheng Tun, it's time for the video conference." I heard the voice of Cheng Ruojun, Cheng Ruojun's assistant.

"Alright." Cheng Ruojun replied and ended the call, "Come in, I have something to tell you."

Cheng Ruojun's words scared me. He told his assistant, Tao Man, to come in, what should I do? Am I supposed to see Tao Man in such a shameful state?

"Can I get dressed?" I begged Cheng Ruojun, "Can you let me hide? "I beg of you, I won't lie anymore, I'll listen to you from now on."

Cheng Ruojun looked at me and smiled, then he grabbed my arm and stuffed me under his desk. I thought he wanted me to hide here, but he made me kneel down and hold my head down, and the feeling of vomiting spread through my body once again.

Cheng Ruojun pressed his hand on my head, and said condescendingly, "Don't make a sound."

I nodded, fighting back tears, and the despair almost knocked me down.

"Dong, dong, dong." I heard a knock at the door.

"Come in." Cheng Ruojun said.

I heard the office door open, and then the sound of high heels, and she stopped close to me.

I tried my best not to make a sound so that she wouldn't notice me.

"Cheng Tun, these are the documents that you need to sign." Tao Man said, and her tone of voice was unflinching.

"Yes." Cheng Ruojun replied.

"The previous supplier said there was a problem with our offer." Tao Man said, "He wants to see you."

"Hmm?" Cheng Ruojun asked doubtfully, "Didn't we agree on it earlier?"

"They've been at the branch family recently." Tao Man suddenly said, and then did not speak anymore, "Their young miss has only been given one villa."

"Oh, interesting." I heard Cheng Ruojun laugh.
