CH 26

Fourth Cub was anxious, circling around Ning Chu, trying to figure out what was going on. He seemed to have missed a lot of things, as everyone was out there meeting Ning Chu, and he was the only one on Dragon Island who didn’t know anything.

Third Cub was very calm, he raised his paw to scratch the flying Fourth Cub, trying to make him quiet.

In the darkness, Ning Chu walked over to the dead Church deacon and picked up a small, damaged disc from the ground. The glass on the surface of the disc was completely broken, and the back of the disc was printed with five different color zones: red, green, purple, blue and yellow.

Ning Chu frowned at Third Cub and Fourth Cub.

Before he left the Academy, he had clearly looked around and no one had found him or Third Cub at all. There must be something fishy about the Church people coming here so quickly in the middle of the night.

He put away the disc and checked the bodies on the ground one by one, finding the storage bags or rings on these people. The sound of the previous fight wasn’t small, plus the dragon roaring, they should have found the anomaly here, that was why they came out in pairs to see. The front was a wreck and bodies were lying around, the silver robes on their bodies indicating the identity of these people.

Clark was among them, she walked in the forefront, her face serious, “It’s them.”

As for the corpses on the ground, they were already dead, so they couldn’t care less. A teacher with a white beard took out a large storage bag and put them all in.

Ning Chu recognized this person as Wuuth’s teacher.

Ning Chu also heard what Clark just said, and he felt distressed.

So Ning Chu took the two dragon cubs and walked in the opposite direction of Enigma Forest for a while to make sure that there wouldn’t be any people coming nearby, and planned to spend the night on the lawn under the trees. It had rained and there were still some water stains on the ground, so Third Cub sprayed a mouthful of dragon breath and the surrounding area became dry instantly.

Ning Chu sat down against the tree trunk, and Fourth Cub immediately got down in his arms, looking at him blearily.

Fourth Cub was so angry that he chased after Second Cub and fought with him, forfeiting his magic element for a while, making it rain in that area for two days, and many humans saw him and spread the news.

Ning Chu sighed, “I can buy more if you break something, but don’t be so reckless next time.”

Third Cub sniffed at the tail ring and turned his head away with little interest.

Ning Chu stroked his head, “Do you know where he is…? Do you know where he is now?”

The contract service couldn’t fully translate every pronunciation of the dragon language, but Ning Chu clearly heard the word “Wuuth”.

Before Fourth Cub could finish his sentence, he was pounced on by Third Cub who flew over and fell into the grass. Third Cub hurriedly covered Fourth Cub’s mouth with his dragon wings to make him stop talking and turned his head to look at Ning Chu.

Ning Chu sat under a tree and smiled, “Wuuth?”

Unaware of the truth, Fourth Cub kicked away Third Cub and slapped him in annoyance, shaking off the grass leaves he had accidentally gotten on him.

He flew back to Ning Chu’s lap while continuing, “Ao wuwu!” Yes! He had told me that he was in the Academy of something. I wanted to come and find him, so I left Dragon Island.
