Chapter 1990 Entering The Poison Tide! Discovery! (1)

“It smells so good!”

The rich fragrance of the pill permeated the air, leaving everyone’s spirits shaken.

Even those further away, like Marong and others, could smell the delightful scent of the pill. They looked at the pill in the queen’s hand in amazement.

People nearby, even if they only smelled this scent, couldn’t help but feel their mouths water and involuntarily swallow their saliva.

They had seen pills before, but rarely, and most of them came from extraterrestrial humans.

Even so, the pills they received couldn’t compare to the one Wang Teng presented.

This was a grandmaster-level pill!

A single grandmaster-level pill was a treasure that would attract numerous strong individuals, not just within the Poison Erosion World but beyond.

After all, sometimes, a single pill could mean the difference between life and death.

Pills of this caliber, especially healing grandmaster-level pills, were crucial for survival.

If Wang Teng wasn’t a grandmaster alchemist, he wouldn’t have been so extravagant.

When Little Qing’er saw the pill, she couldn’t help but remember when Wang Teng disguised as her father.

She had felt that the pills he crafted were much better than before, and she had thought it was due to her “father’s” improved skills. However…

Come to think of it, was Brother Wang Teng an esteemed alchemist?

She curiously examined the pill, her nose twitching slightly as she smelled the pill’s fragrance, which further surprised her.

So, this is a pill? It’s indeed more potent than ordinary medicinal pills. The herbs inside are so complex. I can’t distinguish the individual scents. Little Qing’er thought. She had learned a lot about herbs by staying with Zele and, despite her young age, knew more than most people. However, at the moment, she couldn’t discern the individual scents of the herbs within the pill. Their aromas seemed to have blended together, making it difficult for an ordinary person to identify.

Nonetheless, she could sense the pill’s incredible quality, which was undoubtedly far superior to the pills her father had crafted.

“This pill is too valuable! The queen looked at Wang Teng and hesitated.

With her keen eyes, she naturally recognized that this pill was not ordinary.

“Don’t worry. I have plenty of pills like this,” Wang Teng said casually.

The queen blinked her beautiful eyes, staring at him intently. She wanted to know if he was just showing off.

He had plenty of these precious pills?

Was he giving them away like cabbage?

Marong and the others were also stunned by Wang Teng’s statement. In their minds, Wang Teng’s image suddenly transformed into that of a wealthy individual.

“Wang Teng, stop boasting!” Round Ball quipped.

“Isn’t it the truth?” Wang Teng replied with a hint of amusement.

Round Ball didn’t know what to say.

Fine, you’re the grandmaster alchemist.

“Eat it. The situation is critical, so there’s no need to be reserved,” Wang Teng said.

If he didn’t know that the poison tide would last for three to five days, he might not have been willing to give away a grandmaster-level pill so easily.

“If you still feel uneasy, once the poison tide has passed, you can help me collect some herbs as compensation,” Wang Teng added.

The queen fell silent for a moment. Hearing Wang Teng’s words, she felt relieved and nodded, saying, “Very well, after the poison tide passes, I will have people collect herbs for you.”

Wang Teng was mildly pleased.

There were many valuable or special spiritual herbs on the Scorpion King Star.

Some of which were required for his missions.

Collecting them alone would be time-consuming.

But, with the entire snake race assisting, it would be much more convenient!

Exchanging one pill for so much free labor was an excellent deal for him.

The queen, no longer hesitant, immediately swallowed the potent pill. A fierce surge of Force erupted within her, causing her expression to change.

She had not expected the pill to be so effective. Without wasting any time, she sat cross-legged in mid-air, closing her eyes to absorb and recover.

Marong and the others remained nearby, silently guarding her.

Wang Teng paid no attention to them. He knew that it might take some time for the queen to absorb the full power of the pill. Waiting around would be a waste of time.

He gazed up at the protective shield. In an instant, he dashed towards it.

He quickly arrived at the edge of the shield and observed the swarm of poison-tide creatures outside, his eyes flickering.

He had initially intended to venture outside and hunt down the poison-type star beasts within the poison tide. However, seeing the situation up close made his scalp tingle with apprehension.

“Sir Wang Teng, what are you doing?” Marong caught up with him and asked anxiously.

“I intend to go outside and take a look,” Wang Teng replied calmly.

“Outside!?” Marong’s face showed disbelief, thinking he had misheard. He asked again, “You really want to go outside?”

“Why not?” Wang Teng asked in return.

Marong was stumped.

This wasn’t a matter of “can” or “cannot.”

The poison tide outside was terrifying, and while everyone else avoided it, this extraterrestrial human seemed determined to venture out. It looked incredibly suspicious from any angle.

“Rest assured, I know what I’m doing.” Wang Teng knew what he was thinking and smiled.

Marong gazed intently at Wang Teng. If it weren’t for the knowledge that this extraterrestrial human possessed extraordinary strength and abilities far beyond the norm, he would have considered him quite reckless.

However, it was different for powerful individuals. Marong, at most, considered him a… madman!

“If you’re going out, you’ll need to take the array token with you. I have some extras here. Please take one,” Marong said as he handed a dark green jade token to Wang Teng.
