The more she rolled her hips against him, the more discomfort he was in. "No, it's cool. I am not worried about that. My trusted vibrator took care of me all these years. Your cock won't be too bad." She had the gall to pout.
Mo Qingchen laughed and opened his eyes to look at her. "What a relief," he deadpanned.
She absentmindedly continued to grind against him.
"What a cocky little dragon," she whispered. "Hmm… what is this aching emptiness in my stomach?" she wondered out loud, knowing how lewd it sounded.
His eyes widened just a fraction. "You want me to remedy that?" he asked hoarsely.
Qian Meng pouted. "I think I am a little hungry. What a shame." She released her arms from around his neck and then unwrapped her legs from his waist. She swam away towards the ladder.
"Where the hell do you think you are going?" he asked, his eyes blazing with need. As she stepped onto the ladder, Mo Qingchen grabbed her ankle and tugged unceremoniously.
She gasped and looked over her shoulder at him, the image was too enticing.
"I'm going to get out so I can have some snacks," she replied innocently.
"But… we were just…" he stopped. His eyes turned hard. "Is this revenge for what happened last night?"
Qian Meng scoffed. "Why would you say that?" she responded innocently. "I am sure you can just rub one out, right?" she tilted her head to the side innocently.
"Qian Meng, are you serious right now? I have a raging hard-on!" he countered.
Qian Meng blinked. "Oh, I heard blue balls can kill. You really need to remedy that!" she pointed unceremoniously towards his hard length. "Why do men always refer to their erections as 'raging' anyway?" she asked as she started to towel herself dry. "Vocabulary to make it sound bigger?"
"No, it's because my cock is ragingly upset that you left me cockblocked," he answered, starting to get out of the pool himself.
"How did I block it?"
"You blocked my cock from getting action," he bit back. "You are so infuriating," he groaned.
"Too bad, we already signed a contract, and you have to marry me." She would have stuck her tongue out if she could.
"Downright maddening," he said under his breath.
"Well, karma is a bitch, Mr. Mo." She grinned. The cellphone she had placed on the chair started to ring loudly, the ringtone telling her it was her father.
"God, I want to fuck you so bad," he whispered.
"Well, time to take my father's call," she sighed as she walked over to it.
"Are you sure you don't want to ignore the call and dive into the hot tub out back?" She blinked. Truth be told, the hot tub did sound great and she wanted to get in with Mo Qingchen.
But right now, her dad's call was coming in and she couldn't think of one positive reason why he would call at such a late hour.
"I wish I could," Qian Meng said slowly, a hint of longing in her voice. She shook her thoughts away and put the phone to her ear.
"Yun Qian Meng speaking," she said softly.
"It's your father speaking," Yun Sui Bo said gruffly.
Qian Meng held back a sly smile when she noticed his irritation. "Oh," she said lightly. Like she hadn't known it was him when she picked up the call. After teasing Mo Qingchen, she felt like she could pull her father's leg, too.
"You deleted my number?" he asked, affronted.
"Mm," she hummed. Even if she had deleted his number, she would have known it was him just looking at it. Her father hadn't changed his number in the past two decades. She knew it by heart.
"Come home right now!" he barked. "You dare to delete your father's phone number? You've grown too big, haven't you?" he yelled. From behind him, Qian Meng could hear someone talking. They didn't seem to be prompting to her father, so she was mildly confused.
"What is this about?" she asked casually, not putting much emphasis on the matter. She knew what it could be about. Her father had found out she had bought the Bais company. It was later than she expected, too.
She had imagined he would call the minute Bai Ye Qing stepped out of the meeting but had lulled herself into thinking that it might need a few more days. Bai Ye Qing was preoccupied with his emotions, it seemed, so she gave it a few more days.
Things had not moved according to her plan.
The dinner tomorrow could be considered canceled after this. Now that he wanted her to come to talk and give her a scolding, she didn't need to be courteous and tell them she planned on bringing someone along.
"Come home right now. I don't need to explain to you over the phone," he demanded.
Qian Meng sighed. "I understand." She hung up the phone without another word. She turned to Mo Qingchen to find him staring at her curiously.
"What does he want?" he asked, crossing his arms over his bare chest. She let her thoughts wander for a second before answering.
"He wants me to come home to listen to him lecture. From his voice, I could tell he found out about the acquisition and today's meeting," she told him with a shrug.
Mo Qingchen's brows furrowed. "Well, I was supposed to accompany you tomorrow. Now that you are going to meet them, I should just tag along."
She looked at him, surprised. "You want to go?" she asked.
"Don't tell me you want to listen to him scream at you tonight and then go for a family dinner tomorrow." He scoffed. "It will look like you got scared of him and brought a husband to back you up."
Qian Meng rolled her eyes. "I don't even want to see them once a month, you're talking about seeing them on two consecutive days." She shook her head in disbelief.
